A Missouri man allegedly tied up his ex-girlfriend and forced her to watch him dig her grave before shooting her in the head. Authorities searching for Amy Hogue, who went missing in June, stumbled upon her remains in a shallow grave near Tony Charboneau’s property on August 2. Charboneau’s new girlfriend, Brandi Luffy, allegedly confessed to being his lookout during the crime and helped him cover it up. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the shocking case.

Another close friend of mine who grew up alongside us says Tony always spoke like he wanted to shoot someone.
