MISTRIAL DECLARED: Boyfriend Cop Murder Trial – MA v. Karen Read – Day 35

1. It's better than a guilty verdict. Hopefully in the next trial, she'll be acquitted, the evidence shows her innocence in my opinion or if you actually look into the case, reasonable doubt.

2. I don't buy the conspiracy, and I'm honestly shocked by the number of people who believe the theory.
   But, with that being said, I do think the defense introduced some reasonable doubt.
   And WOOOOW! What a waste of time and money! Yikes!

3. Seems to me they broke the left tail light by mistake, as shown when car pulls in the right way on video, so they inverted it to make it look like it was the right tail light. I’m gonna guess they had to then scurry to replace her left til light, and there are witnesses to this, as well as a purchase of the new left tail light. Find it people! Find it!

5. Would love to see a mental health assessment for Read which unfortunately won't happen. She strikes me as a controlling, manipulative, emotionally unstable person.

   Her smirks, eye rolls, grins in the most inopportune moments didn't help her. While everybody reacts differently, she didn't even show a flicker of emotion when they showed the autopsy/injury photos and talked about the cause of death. At one point, she even grinned. Deeply troubling.

   Hopefully, the CW will have more evidence at the next trial.

7. While there isn’t enough evidence to prove Karen’s guilt, she isn’t helping herself by smiling and smirking in the courtroom. It’s extremely disrespectful and cocky. That would infuriate me if I were a juror. Sick people behave that way.

9. For people who are saying that she was framed I don't know what you're thinking she clearly hit him with the car she could have saved his life but she kept on going im m a bit bias because I don't think she meant to kill him

19. The focus always seems to be on the tail light, but never on the side dent. Something caused that dent. The experts never focus on a side chain reaction of events either. Some how, some way Karen hit John. It's common sense.

21. I sat through the whole trial to hear the Judge return the verdict not Law&Crime Network. Why put MISTRIAL DECLARED in the video description. Next time use a brain cell and maybe write VERDICT RETURNED…

22. The fact that they didn’t return a “Not Guilty” verdict within the first two hours of deliberation is beyond terrifying… The prosecution didn’t come within a country-mile of proving a single charge ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’.

    This outcome shatters any remaining faith I had in the US justice system, and confirms a troubling reality: there must undoubtedly be tens of thousands of patently innocent people locked up in American prisons for crimes they clearly did not commit.

    Utter insanity.

23. The fact the prosecution intends to retry this case is all I need to know. Corruption all the way from the local cops to the DA.

26. Michael proctor dismissed as state police attorney General investigator. He should be dismissed and charged with obstruction. He is a disgrace to law enforcement.

31. "I hit him(4x)" via Karen Read on the crime scene. The prosecutor did a fantastic job under the circumstances which was created by lies There were so many lies like the third party guilty strategy which was never proofed. There will be a retrial and then they should sentence Karen Read. She is guilty.

32. The Forman sounds a bit over the top with his statement. Usually just we can’t decide. This seems weird…like everything else in this case.

33. A mistrial : The prosecution could drop the charges, they could retry the case, or the defendant could enter a plea deal.

    If prosecution does not drop the charges, they should do a re trial and bring new evidence for defense , because there is a whole lot of new evidence which was not shown in court due to all the corruption by the police, mcalberts and the court Lally .

    Lally showed reversed videos, darkend videos that jurors coudnlt see anything.

    The 911 phone call jen made when shown to court was delibertly presented so that no one could hear anything, because online there is a clear version.

    This this 911 call Jen maccabe states to 911 that she saw john get out of the car ! that they turned his body over, as in he was left flat on his face and they turned his body so his face turns up.

    Both kerry and karen were both herstiacal – jen stated this to 911 in the phone call

    Jen tells 911 that both girls karen and kerry are using their body to warm john.

    Jen at the very start of the 911 phone call immediately tells 911 that she thinks john is dead, jen never got out of her car to look at johns body , she keeps telling 911 through out the call that john is dead.

    It is evident in this phone call that Karen and Kerry does not think john is dead because they immediatly try to keep his body warm with their body , and even when jen is telling them to get off johns body, KAREN is still performing CPR to keep john alive.

    Jen told 911 that karen and kerry are not doing cpr ,because she was delaying recucitation treatment that karen and kerry would not get correct CPR advise , but it is evident that Karen was still doing cpr on john because Jen is yelling at kerry to get of johns body and jen states that karen is still doing cpr

    Jen never tells 911, that she also attended the party that she and john was at
    Jen never tells 911 that john is a police officer
    Jen never tells 911 that she is sitting in her car right infront of a police officers house where the party was that morning
    Jen never tells 911 that karen was the one who hit john with her car

34. 'It's not over'! KR will be going to prison, justice is coming….

35. She is guilty and she knows it – she might have escaped the law but she will one day have to account to a higher power – rest in peace John O'Keefe 🙁

38. half the jury knows all too well the "powers to be" in that town will get their revenge on ANYONE who goes against the Alberts. Canton is a small "squeeky" little drama queen town and "They" will devour their little minions. Crooked bunch they all are.

40. This was the most inefficient trial in history. What an absolute embarrassment to every tax payer in that county
