18. I stayed and they came back and saw I was telling the truth. They let me stay with my baby for the 3 days she was in the hospital. The social worker came and after some questions she was about to leave BUT I CALLED HER BACK IN AND I TOLD HER " LISTEN, IF YOU SEND ME TO GO DRUG TEST, ITS BEEN THREE DAYS IVE BEEN HERE AND I KNOW I WILL TEST CLEAN BUT IDGAF I DONT WANT TO GET AWAY WITH THIS, I NEED HELP… I MAY BE ABLE TO TEST CLEAN BECAUSE IVE BEEN HERE BUT IM TELLING YOU I NEED HELP N I TOLD HER EVERYTHING….

19. I hope she gets her life together. This happened to me and while my baby's father ran out of the hotel room after a sober living I used to live in with my daughter and almost 2 years sober I effin relapsed. When that place shut down and idk just seeing the other girls start packing their belongings and be picked up by family, another had got married etc and I was the last one to leave because I had nowhere to go, no one to help I ended up having to get hotel rooms. I had money I had saved but unfortunately I had no job and I would try and rent rooms but people would pass on me because they preferred to rent their room to single people rather than someone with a child. I would tell people to please rent to me and that within a months time I would find a job because I did have job offers but the childcare programs out here in LA have long wait list times and I had been on that list for 4 months already so I knew it would be approved soon and I could get a job but people were heartless and would lie and say they would call me and let me know but either they never called or they'd tell me they were sorry that they rented to someone else already. I stayed sober for about a month and a half when I started to run out of money , I ended up relapsing so I could have the guts to commit some crimes so I could pay for my rooms since I didn't have it in me to do things sober. I ended up having to call my baby's dad so he could watch her while I went out and did some things to come up with money. (He's a lame who didn't have any balls to either hit licks or get a job, which is why I think he was bitter because I heard later that he thought " I needed to get knocked off my high horse" because I wouldn't let him see her when I had been sober and he was still using) So I left for four hours when I came back my baby was high.. I asked why the baby wasn't eating and just wasn't her self and crying excessively and up so early!" All he said is I watched her, your done, so I'm gone" n he started walking out the room " I said wait a minute what about your stuff" he said "keep it" I ran out after him but stayed back and let him run because I chose to call the paramedics. I called 911 and I told them I had left him with her and that I thought she might have been exposed to meth and told them to please drug test her because at first they thought her eyes were red from "allergies" I insisted that wasn't it and that I left her with her dad and that he uses… They tested her and sure enough she had been exposed. They called the cops and I stayed there and I told them that I didn't care if they arrested me so long as my baby was ok that's all that mattered and they left to the hotel room to look at the cameras n I actually like the fact that the male cop told me " listen, if you leave the hospital, I swear, I will find you and drag you to jail if I have to" I told him, thats not going to happen, I'm not going nowhere unless you feel you have to arrest me and if you do all I ask is you let me say goodbye to my baby without any commotion" he just walked away

20. This same exact thing happened in my town last week, Vancouver Washington. Look it up, the child was 3. So sad, this happens everyday everywhere

25. Dude I'm sorry but wt😢is wrong with u? Do u not have morals? Bruh I'm diagnosed bipolar with a spouse of 25 yrs and 5 kids and 5 grandchildren. But also I've always had this struggle this demon this part of me that I hate. And I've attempted s*cide. Doesn't matter why. What matters is "maybe she hit a rough patch" dude we are talking about a BABY. And coming where I come from, hits so hard. I would lose everything I've EVER worked for before I would EVER try to defend someone like that…someone has to stand up for this baby. Believe me I know what it's like to not have anyone protect u and keep u safe and show u love and be completely ALONE. It hurts me so deep when a kid hurts. Why s nobody care ABOUT THE BABY???????
