One year after a Mississippi man’s shocking murder, his one-time girlfriend and her parents are arrested and charged in his death. Thirty-seven-year-old Caitlin Spence now faces capital murder charges in the death of 36-year-old Kirby Carpenter, who was killed in Tippah County, Mississippi, on Nov. 30, 2022. Cases like this are so foul, there are no words. What betrayal and sick evil. How do you make your own child/grandchild fatherless?
I was very mad at the police in this case because it was insane and clear that she had done this I mean she was very obvious about it it's like she wants to spend her life in prison. It never makes sense to me when people are just so obvious about murdering somebody else. So I'm glad they're redeeming themselves because that child should have never been left in her or their care children should never go to the parents of murderers in most cases either. In this case the parents are taken care of because now they're in jail too
And I hope that poor little precious baby is now with his parents who seem like actually good parents and good people.
It should be automatic that the family of the victim should have 1st rights to the custody of the children. Why do they go to moms side and dads side have to fight? Vise versa. If the dad kills mom, then automatically, moms side gets the kids. So many times I see the mother off the dad and the kids go to her parents. Ffs, that's not a family that should be in the care of the children.
