  1. WHAT SICK PEOLP ,,CANT LET PEOPLE USE THE ROAD,,,WHAT WEAK POLICE OR SHARIF,,U CAN SEE THAT SHARIF IS NOTHING DOSENT HAVE POWER,,,HOW PEOPLE CANT USE THE ONLY ROAD,,,WHAT A JOCK

  2. In Idaho, valley county and Payette county,, Boise county, the billionaires Wilks Brothers cut the registered access roads off to the public that was open for over a hundred years ,and nothing is being done !! It should be illegal for a billionaire to do this !! They have over 150,000 acres all over north and Central Idaho, the roads they shit off is access to federal land for hunting and fishing with little lakes that people have used for years

  3. Police should be held accountable. We turn to them when we can no longer handle the situation lawfully, and when they refuse to do their job they should pay the price along with the criminal. Why are they protecting the criminals? Some departments and individuals are truly good and do their best and May God Bless and Protect them!! But for those who do not, they are criminals themselves.

  4. The sheriff completely allowed this to happen and then waited a decade to charge him…. Yeah either it’s inside or they’re completely incompetent…

  5. SO? Was it solved then? I was born in Missoula 1948 and that is the same sort of thing I experienced every day until I found a way out 20 years ago. Don't live in Montana.

  6. RIP Mike. So sad when neighbors can’t get along, & it turns violent, no one gets to enjoy the beauty of the land that they’re fighting over. No winners, just losers of everything they worked for.

  7. Redneck neighbors. The bad kind. I lived in a very rural area in Washington State in a cabin for a few years. Some, but not all of my Redneck neighbors were real pieces of work. Firing guns at all hours. Cutting down trees that don't even belong to them. To name a few.

  8. LATEST UPDATE 2024

HELENA — Last June, after a three-week trial in Helena, jurors couldn’t agree on a verdict in the trial of Leon Ford – the man charged with deliberate homicide in connection with the 2011 killing of John “Mike” Crites. Now, the case against Ford has been dismissed.

    😒😓

  9. This is disgusting. That man was crazy, batshit crazy! I am glad he was charged but what the hell was wrong with him in the first place? He just sits there and waits for people to drive down the long ago established road? Wow. And his wife was just as psycho for going along with it.

  10. Ew that couple is so disgusting. That road doesn’t belong to him and how is someone driving down the road to their property become an issue with them ?? They are so miserable and disgusting. You can have your land there and let people use the road to go the hell home. What a loser.

Rip mike crites hope John rots in hell.

  11. Charges were dismissed against Leon Ford recently. But Mike Crites sister filed a wrongful death suit against Ford. He killed Mike the evidence was there

  12. This story is beyond insane: He was arrested and indicted 9 years after and three years to trial. The trial took three weeks and the jury was hung… So… He has to be retried. January 2024. Please if you see this after January 2024 comment here or like it to remind me to look it up

  13. This story is wild!!!! This is insane! That man is evil. I have to wonder if his plan is to gather as much land as possible. He just came on the land and wrecked the entire place and the cops are useless!!!!

  14. 😂😂😂😂 should have just let him cross guy. You crossed your neighbors when they didn’t want you too 😂hypocrite

  15. Ford, the likely killer, was just extradited from Washington State and trial is going on now. I lived in the same neighborhood and let's just say he's lucky I'm not (nor anybody I know) is on that jury.

  16. Even if they had not received the just punishment for the crime here on earth, they will not escape judgement on that great day that the books will be opened for each and everyone of us!

  17. Montana is a big state with a small community, it’s sad that some outsiders move in and terrorize the locals that have lived there for years! Totally disgusting people, those people should’ve not live in Montana.

  18. Sounds like the police and the county failed Mike. I think the family should file a lawsuit against the police force and the county for not helping.
This is why a lot of people have to take matters in their own hands because they can't get the help from the police

  19. The actual murderer is caught but the neighbor who hired him gets to continue pretending he owns the road leading to other properties…. Disgusting

  20. No wonder us Americans get clowned by other country's.
"U wanna drive in my road!?!?!?!?"
    " time for gun war"

  21. This is sad on so many levels, the sheriff office in this town is damn lazy. Who the hell fights over a road that everyone has to pass to get to their homes, smh. A man's life is lost and disposed like trash and the ppl ends up moving, such a waste.
