That is weird but this guy might be younger but he acted scary when I was taking my dog out and I heard the thing they use for to trim the bushes around my apt and I went up the stairs because the dog does that when he is done and this guy came up slowly but I was already up the stairs and just opening the door to go in . He looked at me like scary before he continue doing the bushes. Like he wanted to scare me but looked a little upset for some reason. I shut the door and that was it . I never seen him before except other handyman around apt. Nothing else unusual.
