This Week on True Crime News The Podcast: Before she was brutally gunned down, Mary Gingles called authorities 14 times with concerns over her estranged husband Nathan Gingles’ behavior. Police say that the man killed not only his wife, but also her father and a neighbor who tried to help Mary, all in front of the couple’s 4-year-old daughter.

The reason the cops weren’t listening to her is becatse she’s not a man. That’s it. It’s not that victims are blamed. It’s that women are blamed. This is rampant misogyny. You hear about this time and time again. It doesn’t matter that she was also in the military. She’s a woman so she’s not as important.
Ana, you are a sanity anchor for me. Thanks for being logical, compassionate, and human.
Ana with one N, You have the most amazing heart especially as a reporter!! It's so wonderful that you don't hide your emotions & compassion for others.. Thank You for all you do.. Aloha from Hawaii

Just because you serve in the military doesn’t make you an outstanding citizen or a good person. My ex husband was in the Army and he was never held accountable for anything he did (drunk driving, bar fights et.) because they knew he served two combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was the “hero” in our small town and he quickly realized that he could use his military background as an excuse to get away with whatever he wanted. He’d get pulled over for a traffic offense and he’d clearly smell like booze. They’d let him off the hook and give him a warning for being intoxicated instead of arresting him. He’d shoot the sh*t with the cops while being pulled over. The next thing you know they’d be making plans to go hunting, fishing together.
It was really ridiculous.
manipulate the situation to where he’d
drive drunk, get in bar fights and never be held accountable this was a ticket for hianythijgnnn let him get away with it. used to away with DUI’s because the police in the small town we lived in would cut him
They knew
Thanks for covering this store. Praying for the little girl. I sure wish she could forget about this day. I hope she gets to go live with her Aunt. The love of family is the best. God Bless. Ana your the best, I enjoy everything you do.
Hello ana im a subscriber of your podcasts i look foward to your videos i use to watch crime watch daily when it was on but i visit the true crime watch news website looking for updates on cold cases
I was fostered until 6 months then adopted. My parents had court open records found out I was abused neglected and moved home to home during foster. I wouldn't let mya adtopted mom hold me I wasn't held. I'm sure some good but many bad. just for the check
we need to have a podcast strictly to missing children and adults then it keeps all these cases alive
this is similar to the Tracy Thurman case what a shame the problem is cops that don’t do their jobs get no punishment but because they dodo their jobs and a woman feels they need to fight back and they kill the person trying to kill them they get prison not fair they should have been suspended WITHOUT PAY
this is similar to the Tracy Thurman case what a shame the problem is cops that don’t do their jobs get no punishment but because they dodo their jobs and a woman feels they need to fight back and they kill the person trying to kill them they get prison not fair
but all the other times the cops did nothing before she dropped the restraining order so they still are guilty of dereliction of duty they need to be charged after the fact
As much as you wanna blame the cops you can’t really because he would of gotten out and did what he did anyway what you can do is protect yourself the best way you can with carrying a concealed firearm and moving far away and starting over
I didn't know "shout outs" were an option on this channel, ha!
Great show!
I always watch your channel hare in Brazil Rio de janeiro

so sad
When will they understand a piece of paper means NOTHING to these nuts?
Nobody but the suspect had a weapon

She didn't do anything to protect herself. The police have no obligation to help or save you… Karen. If you are codependent on a piece of paper than you are in danger

Tell that man to stfu and stop excusing that piece of crap. Of course his police mates turned a
blind eye. Men will stick up for other men's crap behaviour as long as we allow their patriarcal BS. Just in this interview he feels the need to mansplain and even after Ana said she'd looked something up and explained what it meant he had to repeat yhe fscts to show he knew already.
This is crazy! When are we going to acknowledge the severity of this domestic v epidemic? So many stories every day, so many gone
What does investing money got to do with a child mom is murdered in front of u
How terrible
When you talk about the woman calling 911 about what's going on and she's "too calm" I believe it would be because she's an abused woman!! She's beat down!
Poor poor girl

Little children are so resilient
. She’s gonna be fine. Saying prayers for this little angel. I have 4 adopted kids that are awesome.
It's awful how often domestic violence cases have to get to such extreme levels before someone decides to take it seriously
Rest in peace to Mary, her father and her neighbour
And may her daughter be blessed with a kind foster family
This happens so much, the police and court systems are absolutely shambolic. And its everywhere. There is and has been a war on woman and nothing is being done about it.
