  1. Your coverage of the Weinstein case has been rather terrible, honestly. Always men, always making comments that are way off base. "She didn't have the same motivations because she was a massage therapist." That's crap! She had the exact same motivations! She had multiple high profile clients, likely her whole business was with high profile clients! She could have lost her whole client list, not been able to get new client, and lost a good chunk if not all of her income. Actors aren't the only people in Hollywood with careers that matter and depend on the entertainment industry.

Your bias here is so clear and out of line. Do better if you are going to cover these types of cases.

  2. Obviously either she liked the sexual assault or she liked the money because she kept coming back for more if I was the judge I would throw this case out and we all know Harvey Weinstein is a fucking disgusting pig and a weirdo but none of these women were complaining when their careers were advancing and he was giving them roles in movies it was obviously a favor for a favor and these cases should definitely have a statute of limitation if you didn't come forward when it happened why bring it up 10 15 20 years later

  3. The return of the Victim that ends up being assaulted over and over.
The Massage Therapist needed to work. The attacker was the Gatekeeper to having POSITIVE REFERENCES in Hollywood

  4. Nah, mad props to the judge. She made a valid point & delivered it well despite the circumstances. How can you dismiss the defences behaviour, such as the middle finger & giggling but the judge’s behaviour is what you targeted instead!? That judge is an ANGEL in my books & pray to God she continues doing the good work because she has a level of composure I could dream of having. If it was my way, I would’ve dragged that entire defence team & Cruz for filth & done it happily and accept any repercussions coming my way. I have nothing but respect for this judge!

  5. Defending the defense team who threw up middle fingers and laughing about murdered kids but somehow they were being more professional and unbiased than the judge? I think someone’s a little bias bc they themselves are a defense lawyer or just plainly stupid.
Edit: I do think the judge was unprofessional also as she’s just the middle man and should not take sides or be hugging prosecutors.
