19. It's 1st degree 20 plus stab wounds is proof of that. I agree the crime of passion would have been best argued when he opened the truck door not minutes or hours later. And even if she was cheating that's no excuse and what makes this crime incredibly horrendous is sitting with her murdered corpse for a day and a half. For that alone it should be life without parole

30. I feel like the defense did terrible. They didn’t present any evidence that he was severely intoxicated or that he was mentally unstable. Maybe one of the worst defenses I’ve watched.
