My Client Gets Arrested and Tased in Walmart for Open Carrying then Wins in Court – Everything Law and Order Blog

My client gets confronted by an angry anti-gun Karen Walmart manager in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. They call the cops, who arrive at DEFCON 11 and tase him, arrest him, and then ask questions later. He lost a great job because of it, and now may lose his home.

See the surveillance footage and listen to the 911 call yourself, and let me know what you think.

  1. I used to work at Walmart and they have very realistic what to do in case of active shooter training videos. To snowflakes and Karen's it makes them terrified to see even a guy with a backpack. They see everybody as a potential active shooter. Blame it on employee training.

  2. 3 yr later, so you call the cops then you and All the Gang Mosey up to the Guy With the Gun? You're So afraid you gotta call the cops? or are you still looking for attention….

  3. Wal-Mart policy is that they follow the law of the state where the store is located. I have a text to that effect stored in one of my older phones. Federal courts have recognized that the exercise of a right cannot be a crime. US v King–"Where legal to posses a firearm presents No danger to an officer". 10th Circuit.

  4. This is wrong. Private property means they can ask you to leave and if you dont you can be arrested. Dont go packing into a store.

  5. Good grief! In the 911 call, the woman says he’s in the sporting good section and has told people he’s looking for a sling for his shotgun.

    Isn’t anybody thinking?
