The Civil Rights Lawyer shows you the real dash cam footage of his client being shot multiple times by a police officer through the closed front door of his home, in West Virginia. He survived, barely, and hired me. We filed a federal civil rights lawsuit. Here’s what happened.

Check out the advice given by the investigating officer to the police officer who shot him. You need to hear it for yourself if you’re a red blooded American gun owner, such as myself.

  1. I remember the story of the lady that got busted hiring a hit man who was undercover Cop cost her $30,000 usd for hitman and 20 years in jail for Conspiracy. All she had to do was call police to do a Wellness check.

  2. The craziest part of all this is that the man behind the door, by definition was INNOCENT. He was a suspect, that cop acted as judge, jury and executioner. And the officer, who had a k-9 (which is not something you want to run from) was only there to interview him unless he had a warrant. The cop should have lost qualified immunity and should be on trial for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and public endangerment (maybe more).

I don't know what the suspect did wrong. He doesn't have to participate in his own prosecution or investigation. He is under no obligation to aid the police in ruining his life. He has to comply with a warrant for arrest. He has to comply with a search warrant and can't obstruct an investigation. He does not have to give them consent or any statements or evidence.

He was clearly right to close the door once he saw the cop and not comply, just look at the outcome. And all of this based on a second hand allegation with no evidence collected as well, it's shameful.

  3. does he still married to his wife after she almost got him killed. because I take the money and divorce her she won`t get a penny legally she cause altercation. and go away sell the house give half to her and move to a nice place to a new house without a woman who call the cops every time there is a argument. and again no charge for the trigger ready cop. qualified immunity most go away Tax payers don1t need to pay for a government employees mistakes. he shall be held accountable.

  4. So there was an alleged argument between a couple and the female went to one of her family members home and that family member decided to call the cops and include that there was guns in the house? It’s probably guns in every house in that community. I don’t know why that was added to the information that was giving over the phone which is now hearsay. So they officer arrived on high alert by himself and a dog. If it was a high alert situation, he would’ve waited till back up arrived. He was out of line. Going off of hearsay evidence, which is not evidence which is just a statement Over a phone by a person that was not involved terrible police work and this all happened before the officer decided to try to kill this person.

  5. You can hear someone outside the house yelling shoot shoot shoot in the video starting at 2:55 ending at 2:58. I havent made it further than that yet because i went back and rewatched it 8 times to make sure I was hearing it correctly. Why is someone yelling to shoot when they can't see inside the house so don't know where he is or if he is armed or not and they don't know if anyone else is in the house. This is just plain reckless. What if he had called a friend or their pastor or something like that to come over after his wife left and they had brought their small child or grandchild with them.
