Mamta Kafle Bhatt was last seen on July 27 leaving work at UVA Health Prince William Medical Center in Virginia. Her husband, Naresh Bhatt, didn’t report her missing until August 5. Naresh has since been arrested for concealing a dead body in connection to his wife’s disappearance. the defense is arguing that blood is not a body part and that is according to Virginia State laws. Or the laws of the county. the defense is trying to argue that she is alive. Remember Virginia is a common wealth state. one of only four In the United states. Some say there is no political differences from other states but I don't completely believe that. At least some of their laws are different and in some cases , at least historically have been based on English common law.
