The Netflix star and college cheerleading coach Monica Aldama’s son, William Aldama, is being charged after he was accused of possessing child pornography. The 27-year-old was arrested Thursday and charged with several counts of possession and intent of sharing the inappropriate images. Aldama faced a $20,000 bond for each charge but was released on a personal recognizance bond. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie takes a deep dive into the story.

Why should this person not get a bond? They aren't yet convicted, so they're innocent till proven guilty, and they're accused crime is not s violent one and they aren't proven to be a flight risk. Just being objective.
