In August 2010, Minnesota police received a distressing call from Jennifer Nibbe, who reported that an intruder had broken into the home she shared with her husband, James Nibbe. According to Jennifer’s account, the unidentified assailant had allegedly shot and killed James with a rifle before fleeing the scene. The news of this violent home invasion sent shockwaves through the community, as law enforcement officials scrambled to investigate the incident and bring the perpetrator to justice. However, as the investigation unfolded, police began to suspect that there was more to the story than what Jennifer had initially disclosed.

Tramadol IS a controlled substance.
WOW her crying is annnnoooooying.
Horrible person! Unbelievable and I heard she was mean to his family after the death? Horrible
Her comments about cannabis are straight out of Reefer Madness. Hilarious!
Tramadol????are you f****n serious????lead you to murder??? She's gotta be lying
My 73 year old mum had to suffer withdrawal from morphine after falling and breaking her spine a few years ago. She never realised she was even addicted until she stopped taking the morphine and started to become sick…. It was a shocking few weeks of withdrawal for her. She vowed never to touch the stuff again.
See that's why you need an attorney because the only reason they asking her wether she thought about it the night before is the difference between 1st and 2nd degree..she was supposed to say NO i thought about it soon as i woke
These detectives is just eating up the clock now
She starting to go thru withdrawals…all the sniffles and nose blowing
180 pills a week..damn
She looks like his mother
Y'all always quick to get married
Tramadol is so dangerous.. It not only gets you addicted but it messes with your brain even more than regular opioids.. It's a nasty stuff with really nasty side effects..
They should have never married.
It annoys the crap out of me when females turn the water works on and off and I'm not buying hers. I'm astonished how this was not tried as a first degree – premeditated case? The only reason she didn't have a criminal history is, like so many, she just wasn't caught before.
She's an honest person, but she's an addict, cheater, and murderer. I'm not saying addicts are bad btw, but in her case, I just know she's was lying and stealing pain meds. If you'll murder someone, I know for a fact that you'll lie and steal.
they should do an investigation on that tramadol that tramadol is no joke. It really screws your brain up in your train of thinking. 😳😬😫
Its not narcotic at all
Tramidol is not a controlled pill
Crocodile tears
Funny how fake crying sounds the same b matter who it comes out of. Hers switches on and off within seconds
I was in a relationship where I was almost the sole breadwinner and all the “potential” in my partner failed to evolve into financial success. Do you know what happened? We ended our relationship and went our separate ways! No one is dead or in prison. We are both living our lives in other paths. The end. 🥹 Murder is not the answer.
Way to throw dad under the bus for his WEED addiction. Smh lol
The narrators voice is awful. Its like he's smokes 3packs a day or has vocal fry from screaming.
Those pills are no joke. Alot of ppl made alot of money to create new customers for life. A holocaust worth. But they're rich beyond all measure and their great grandkids will never have to lift a finger. And never have to choose which ramen noodles to put back
Wait just a…did she just throw her Dad under the bus re pot?!!!…nice!…🙄😒
I call bs on her addiction. If it was so bad it would be more than 8 per day which is 56 per week not 180. She just said 8 because a non addict thinks that's a lot n its tramedol it's not strong at all
She only feels bad for herself.
Husband buys his dissatisfied wife a shotgun. 🤷♂️
She is the absolute worst fake crier in history. It infuriates me
I seriously cannot stand the fake crying/whining. Makes my skin crawl.
I think the detectives have taken the sympathetic and supportive approach as a means to garner her trust so she feels more free to give information
17 years with 8.5 years of supervised release. Must be nice to get such a mild sentence for unaliving someone.
The "Devil" has literally never made anybody do anything, EVER.
Razzie award goes to….
Fake cry. Divorce is so much easier.
I took tramadol a lot too, never gave me thoughts of premeditated murder!
I really hate to say this, but i think the cops were so nice and gentle and kind to her because she was a pretty blonde –
I just dont understand. Take urself out….not the spouse, not the kids, the family, the ex or strangers – just yourself. Dammit!
Oh “poor me, poor me” and “this isn’t how my life is supposed to go” said the person who literally chose to kill someone instead of leaving..
The audacity of these pathetic narcissistic murderers is immeasurable. It’s sickening. It’s everyone else’s fault. All these excuses is why it happened. “It’s not my fault and I shouldn’t even be here!”
The gun was definitely the worst gift he ever bought her. The crazy b*tch.
She wouldn't want me on her jury. All the weepy poor pitiful me, what have I done? Then a sudden switch to being calm and collected, just carrying on a rational conversation.
