  1. This is some BS if it was a citizen they wouldn’t even gave them a break but just because it was a fellow cop he left him go with just a warning.

  2. Why is this cop being so argumentative with the public. Pacing is not accurate yet the courts basically believe what the cop says but there’s been many times that it has been proven wrong. Why doesn’t the cop have a radar detector in his vehicle otherwise he has no evidence of the so called crime.

  3. I'm gonna use that excuse if a cop says I was going 90-100mph, "I've never gone that fast in this car ever", Does he really think that is a valid argument?

  4. “I had to go XXXmph to catch up to you” always bugs me.. no, you had to go XXX mph to catch up quickly. Meaning you were going much faster than I was.. basic math here. Yea, they could have paced before initiating the stop but why not give that speed then?

  5. In my opinion Major Johnson should have gotten a D+ instead of an F.

While he did initiate a retaliatory stop, he seemed to realize how stupid he was acting and started backing off
He should get some credit for that. .

  6. Both of them suck & don't deserve to be cops. One thinks he's above the law & the other one lets his fellow cops off with a warning for doing 90+ mph. They're both garbage at their jobs.

  7. It is a big no-no in police circles to pull over other cops for things like speeding, that's why that cop was like "Really?!" He genuinely couldn't believe he got stopped
