  1. Is it legal for any police department to refuse to file a complaint? Furthermore, perhaps Mr. K could have filed a complaint with the state.

  2. It's easy to get out of being filmed if you dont want to be flimed in public. Put a Disney song on your cell phone and blast it at full volume. The auditor will back up super quick because you dont mess with the mouse. The auditor has every right to flim you in public. You have every right to blast "Let it snow". Win win.

  3. Here's something that kinda got glossed over…
"The policies of the department", not being public information.

If "We" are paying our public servants, shouldn't we actually know and understand what policies they are operating under?

For me, I might actually need to know when my public servants are violating their policies in order to violate my own rights,..
    Just saying…
    ( would you, not agree?)

  4. This cop is dead wrong on several levels.

And I suspect he knew it, but he was trying to figure out how to get around the rights of the population in order to protect his revenue generated job.

  5. Why they are still employed I can't understand because they attempted to deny complaint against the officers involved which is ludicrous conduct because how are you meant to solve problem if you denying that the problem exist

  6. The revere police in Massachusetts is very corrupt, they have countless allegations against their department and never treat anyone around here with respect. It’s hard to blame the people who support the ACAB ideology when cops are as ignorant and arrogant as this one

  7. Massachusetts has more criminal douchebags in their law enforcement than the state of common citizens this guy clearly didn't become a cop to protect and serve he became a cop to bully And Harass and abuse the power of the badge

  8. The main cop was later accused of child abuse. And also reported in the news for stealing over 31k in pay and got probation. Just proves we need these cucks off the street before they do more damage. Unbelievable.

  9. Yes, the cop was wrong, but also… There's basic human decency? If the guy doesn't wanna be filmed, then can you let him alone, or at least blur him in the final product? This is why First Amendment Auditors get on my nerves. They may be legally correct, but they always seem to be looking for trouble and getting people involved who don't wanna be

  10. Our Constitutional rights are not limited to only those that can defend themselves from tyrannical police officers.

What this video exposed is that a typical citizen would have had his rights trashed, because a typical citizen would have folded under the pressure.

Folks, if you think that it is frustrating to watch what took place, then can you imagine if that was you, and that officer was in your face, and all of those other officers showed up and rallied around that officer? One wrong move, and you would be in handcuffs, and possibly thrown to the ground.

I fully support the police. I fully oppose those who abuse their authority, who should not have a badge, because they make all of the honest, hard working, competent police officers look bad.
