A cop that is scared over a camera has no right being a cop. Also, a coo that makes up their own laws has no right being a cop.

This cop, aside from being a complete moron, is, by far, too paranoid to be out in the field. He should be behind a desk, or supervising grade school crossing guards.

I wanted that girl to shut the hell up. Stop whining and asking to just go like a 5 yr old. Girl just let your man talk.
This cop is either a true yellow-belly coward… or he is lying and wants the phone so that the only video of this stop is his bodycam… which, if the stop were to go bad and this cop violates even more rights… the police can control the video, editing out anything that would go against them in a lawsuit. Otherwise, it is scary to think that a man with a loaded gnu on his hip is actually this afraid of the public.
