  1. That is Deprivation Of Rights Under Color Of Law.
The officer also commited Perjury, that is the intentional act of swearing a false oath or falsifying an affirmation to tell the truth, whether spoken or in writing, concerning matters material to an official proceeding.

  2. Those cops were tyrants and i think you forgot to grade the dude’s wife she is a disgrace her demeanor she was sticking up for the cops agreed with them against her husband ratted him out I believe after the husband told her to record the interaction i think she shut the phone off after he put in handcuffs hoped he went through a civil rights lawsuit and i hoped he divorced her i’m not married but if i had a wife and she did something like that i would leave her and the cop saying that it should be illegal to flip them off complete lowlife

  3. Every single thing this cop did was breaking the law including soliciting his name from his wife, biggest criminals in our country

  4. LMAO, "I haven't had any issue with his kid." The toddler in a stroller. Why would a toddler ever be able to provide an issue to an officer? Maybe he carries pediatric handcuffs too.

  5. This sort of crap doesn’t happen where I live. They’re both wrong. The police officer overreacted but the guy made this so much bigger than it needed to be. Is it just America where people behave this way. What happened to turning the cheek and if you’ve got such a thin skin you don’t belong in the police force. In Australia this doesn’t go on. People just have a family and dog walk and enjoy their day. We don’t sue like the US. It’s all a ridiculous waste of everyone’s time, energy and enjoyment of the day.

  6. "It's not really against the law to flip off the police, like it should be…" Are you fucking shitting me? Is your ego really that fragile?

  7. Try this for size officer he dose not need to be nice to you. He dose have freedom of speech regardless how is around ! And your making up stuff as you going to help you.

  8. The cop is the one who calls the disorderly conduct he waved at him he flipped him off knowing that he's allowed to do that he should have just kept driving the fact that he stopped and engaged with the gentleman that's what caused all of the so-called disorderly and conduct

  9. EGO EGO EGO. Cop just pissed off. Unreal. No QI and need to find a new job. Illegaly detainment kidnapping assault. Oh wow so the 2 year old kid didn't do anything? LIAR LIAR. What a waste of man power. Us against them, again. He flipped you off because he was right, you are an ahole. America GESTOPO is coming! RIGHT? Wake up.

  10. The poor wife/ mother. The police always like to take advantage of a passive woman. They know the wife / mother has a child in a baby buggy. All this young lady has in her mind is to get her baby home safely.

  11. Cop: comes out of vehicle hot and giving unlawful commands.
Lt shows up- “I delicately approached him and said in a low and calm voice why he flipped me off. And he ATTACKED me! He cursed and screamed at me that even if I asked he wouldn’t identify himself”
😂😂😂 what a little bitch! Crying to alt and Chief and lying on an official report. Douche.

  12. So this "officer" was ready to MAKE a crime and a criminal in lieu of an ACTUAL crime and criminal. NONE of this interaction was legit. Snyder should NOT be a LEO.

  13. Starts with judges and prosecutors. This isn’t a policing problem, it’s a systematic problem. Judges will try to lean cases towards restricting laws because they want to hold on to as much power as they themselves have and cases may lead to restrictions on judges. Why are we not doing something? We won’t do anything Because; as George Floyd’s death proved…you all will talk about rights but when told “but if you need help one day then maybe no cops will show up to save you! Waaa!”….you fold and vote to boot lick. Let’s be honest.

  14. That sure as hell is an arrest. The guy was waking…stopped and handcuffed as he is walked into a car. Not arrest? lol. Ok; how stupid does stupid have to get until the system is changed? It’s a systemic problem!

  15. For the cops and their sympathizers who condone this kind of conduct (especially when it applies to groups they don’t like), my question is how you would feel if a loved one was treated like this? It can happen to anyone, which is why the rule of law matters. It’s like freedom. Either everyone has it or nobody does. Not only is police misconduct unlawful, it defeats the purpose of law enforcement by creating a climate of fear and mistrust. For the few criminals they happen to catch on warrants, dozens of innocent citizens have their rights violated, making them loath the cops. A climate of trust and respect would catch more criminals and make the community safer because it would be a partnership. Misconduct is both evil and counter productive. What kind of sh*t training do these people get to give such unlawful orders? Millions of Americans are watching these, lowering the opinion of cops everywhere. And yet they persist.

  16. Supreme Court road.If your chains are on your hands you're not allowed to leave ashamed you are under arrest period how can cops not know that they do

  17. Cop probably got his wife's ass kicked when they got home. He was right but he's a hostile dude. Being right is often better when one isn't hostile but that cop, like most cops is a liar.
