Officer Tells Auditor To Leave A Crime Scene – Everything Law and Order Blog

Welcome to Audit The Audit, where we sort out the who and what and the right and wrong of police interactions. Help us grow and educate more citizens and officers on the proper officer interaction conduct by liking this video and/or subscribing.

Knowing the limitations of the First Amendment is just as important as knowing the rights that it protects. Officers essentially have full discretion to determine what is and isn’t a part of their crime scene, and ignoring an officer’s orders to leave a crime scene could result in a lawful arrest.

This video is intended to be educational and does not seek to incite a negative perspective of the officer or the auditor. This video was created to highlight the limitations of free speech and the First Amendment and provide an educational context to a police interaction that citizens and law enforcement officers may learn from. In no way is this video meant to provoke, instigate, or shock the viewer.

Bear in mind that the facts presented in my videos are not indicative of my personal opinion, and I do not always agree with the outcome, people, or judgements of any interaction. My videos should not be construed as legal advice, they are merely a presentation of facts as I understand them. That said, enjoy the video!

  1. Before the comments start rolling in there are two things I would like to address.

    1. This video is a reupload. It was flagged at first and I had to take it down and make some slight changes to the metadata.

    2. This channel does not seek to demonize the police. If you come to this channel expecting the police to be wrong every time you will be disappointed. Before you say that I am wrong, please check you bias at the door. Again, this channel is not intended to cast a negative stereotype on police and sometimes the police are right and this is one of those cases.

  2. After the cops warned the guy about the dog, I don't think any lawsuit over being bitten would have been successful. At that point the recorder has assumed the risks.

  3. 8:25 😅Yoooo why you got a put Tupac’s picture on blast when saying associated criminal behavior 🤷‍♂️….💆‍♂️UGH I think I need a ibuprofen.

  4. I appreciate your comment about people like this discrediting the auditing community. I’m not an auditor myself, not at all. I’ve just fallen down the auditor rabbit hole here. I’ve found a few channels that are great. Police approach them, and they’re totally polite. It’s the police who escalate things. I’ve also seen auditors who become immediately nasty and hostile when cops approach them. I don’t know if it’s some test to see how the cops handle themselves in the face of such behavior, or if they’re just belligerent dickheads.

This guy was a bit of a dick.

  5. So glad to see a video were a auditor get a F because he don't makes right decisions in a video.
Haven't followed the channel for long but like the transparency about different interactions.

  6. except that police departments get sued when the dog attacks a bystander…. part of that fault is the courts not throwing such cases out

  7. It's probably a reality that if this auditor was caught in a crossfire between police and suspect and was injured, he would be the first to file a lawsuit against the police.

  8. Yeah, IDK about this guy. Just like some people really shouldn't be cops, i feel like some people really shouldn't be auditors

  9. So in other words they can push you back to the point they're out of sight. I see in the near future where there will be ban on auditor's filming or some other ban to push back.

  10. This auditor is a nitwit! It kills me that people don’t know when to stop and leave well enough alone. It’s people like him that give us all a very bad name.

The fact that the cops are not always wrong on this channel is one of the main reasons why I like it. You spit truth no matter which direction and that’s how it should be always! Hats off to you kind sir. You did a phenomenal job auditing this audit.

  11. There have to be reasonable limits to access during police activities such as this. I've been interrupted by police when filming from afar, but this videographer was wrong in his actions. Nice assessment.

  12. Just one more person looking for a lawsuit to win money by suing a cop

Why to record police work? Even if it’s legal.
    Go find a job man

  13. in no way was he interfering by filming and it is not against the law to put yourself in danger, and what danger would he be in if armed thugs are right there!!!! r outta here, they are only concerned with their inept actions being filmed… and f those useless k9s, untrained wild mutts!

  14. The police do alot of things wrong during interactions but people are starting to think that anything an officer says is wrong. Maybe that’s because they have so much experience with ignorant cops.

  15. Fuckin hell you were wrong on given your assessment back in 2019 just like you are in 2022 b.c the auditor had every right to do what he wanted to do cause there was no crime scene tape put up around the area its called FREE MOVEMENT

  16. What two cases does this guy have with SCOTUS? Or…did he just submit a couple of b.s. “friend of the court” briefs, pretending to be somebody?

  17. Biden government took tha away from citizens of the USA, and police get there privacy and can charge you for anything they seam fit to as long as it will stand up in court government is spying on inocent people and police can do is lie and treat the citizen black or in some white citizens like crap and police can get away with what ever they want that is crninal, police are a lice infested virus and needs to be cleaned in other keep the good ones get rid of the bad ones

  18. Nice to see an officer get a good grade. It's fun to watch bad officers be idiots be it's nice to see good ones once in a while
