  1. In your explanation about going around the fence onto foot path toward barn. Don't give a shit what someone else determines. If it was mine then they are armed trespassing and I should be able to address the issue the way I wish.

  2. They aren’t rights of you have to pay for them, they’re just permissions.

You do not have the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures.

You have the right to pay a lawyer tens of thousands of dollars to attempt to have defendants punished in court.

  3. I don't think the deputy was looking for Eli, as you said. He wanted too know if a car was his friend's vehicle. The owner acknowledged it was. Everyone obviously thought it was Eli's. The car was registered to someone else, the deputy was looking for the registered owner to make sure there was no foul play afoot. Still, when asked to leave, he should have left.

  4. 8:21 The officer's own words, after he violates an innocent man, and insults his intelligence by saying he's only there because he cares. Wow. If someone acted with unreason or excessive over reach into his private life, giving him real reason to not want to engage, he'd reconsider his OWN WORDS more carefully.

  5. Videos capturing power-abusers who don't deserve their jobs is imo the ONLY thing the internet is truly good for. Next, watch our overlords take that away.

  6. The cop found an abandoned car with weird notes and was trying to help. Give him a break. The only people the dont like the cops are the ones who break the law

  7. “Jesus man, unbelievable” the words of a butt hurt, power hungry brat looking to exert power he doesn’t have. How much did we win in the lawsuit?

  8. When i was infantry mid 70's we learned guerrilla warfare. If I lived in Montana my property would be Grizzly Infested where people go missing. Be creative, have fun ❤ composting? ❤

  9. Anything that you find out by illegal entry onto a property with no trespass sign and you have entered through a closed gate and your asked to leave it is not for you to decide whether you leave or not when you have been asked to leave your then trespassing and failing to vacate the property is an offence and whatever information that you acuired while there is inadmissible because it's classed as fruit of the poisonous tree it's evidence that was gathered by breaking the law you can't break the laws if you want to enter somewhere to gather evidence of wrongdoing you can go to a judge and if he thinks you have a reason he may grant a warrant in that case you no longer have to have permission

  10. Officer is so damn arrogant & made an ass out of himself & he is just 1 example of why good citizens lose respect for law enforcement & also the whole legal system they are a part of.

  11. I own a good bit of land. I have no problem with my Sheriff. Ive told him. I dont want pot growers on what i have. I dont trust folks. Period!

  12. Never help them with their investigation if they are too stupid to figure their own investigations then maybe they should stop cosplaying detectives already

  13. Don't feel bad ,.. most of law enforcement here in montana are child sex offenders , their families are close to town/city officials and get away with anything

  14. "Failure to vacate without you having a warrant? You're under arrest. WEAPON ON THE GROUND NOW! THIS MAN IS IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER OF THE PEACE!"

  15. Hope the cop got fired, he suppoe to identify himself, hes a bully and abused his authority and fitgets he works for the american public as a public setvant and he took an oath to protect our constirutional rights.

  16. The cop has a superiorty complex and doesnt know how to desecalate so his ego has the best of him and that's why he cant back down its an insecurity complex. Refusaling to leave private property.

  17. Complete violation of the forth amendment, no search warrant, no watrant fir arrest no exigency circumstances . Also refusal to give last name and badge number and hiding behind sunglasses. Clearly a bad person.

  18. Your summary of giving the sheriff an F grade is incorrect. The sheriff is there under legitimate circumstances. The guy asking him to leave would not identify, therefore cannot claim he is the land owner and could for all we know have the real land owner tied up in the basement. Therefore you can conclude the sheriff is not welcome by the freeman on the land types but he does not deserve a failing grade for doing his job.
