The cop saying "I'll follow him out of town until I get one". Is S-Tier pettiness
Stupid is as stupid does.
Oklahoma; that's all I needed to hear.
I liked that one cop who said I'm not going to do that
I would never go to Oklahoma anyways… but sheesh. That was hard to watch without getting mad myself 😂
The officer had every right to ask for his ID and the idiot should not have given the officer a hard time. Officers have a hard job. We expect alot from officers but this man didn't want to show ID which is suspicious
Dont give them ID and they are going to do their best to arrest you if at all possible.
Small town cops are the most ignorant…and demand the most respect
Good ol'
Citizen: Guilty until proven innocent
Cop: innocent even when proven guilty 😂
I’ll tell you what I want to tell you SHUT UP. It’s a shame
And this is what's wrong with policing today!
Hear "Obstruction of Justice" way too often! Something should be done to stop them using this on people they don't like.
Only an A? Not an A+?
A reminder that everybody who complies with these tyrants' demands reenforces their belief that they're valid.
officer was wise to call assistant ag
That's the way the cops do
"are you the owner of the truck" ?
"Do you suspect that i'm not"?
"I have no reason to believe you are"
Then why TF are you questioning the man if you don't have "No reason to believe" him?!?!
"i want to make sure you're not going to break into a house because you have a ladder". Earlier he CLEARLY stated it "are you working? I see you got a ladder in the back".
Since when are working people breaking and entering into homes?
He should've said "well you have a gun, so i have no reason to believe you're not gonna break into a house? Can i see your ID?
You're telling this general contractor how to do his job who happens to also District Attorney how to do his job.
Then reaching for illegal parking saying that a public road is private property then telling him he's trespassing.
You can't get him for trespassing because the home owner never asked them to leave.
When you realize you are losing at your own tyrant game, you get angry because you have anger management issues and tell the tax paying citizen to "Shut up".
You also don't have the right to "investigate him" or "detain him" just because he's been called in as being "suspicious". Unless you suspect him of committing a crime or about to commit a crime.
When your own attorney says he can legally just drive away then you wanna act like a little punk who was clearly bullied in high school and say "well i'll just follow him out of town" thats called stocking. Further more we can tell why these cops act like such tyrants because the Chief is setting the example for them. Saying "i'm not here to listen to you i'm here to tell you".
Further more you can't get the man for "Obstructing an officer" in the state of Oklahoma because he hasn't lied, nor is he resisting arrest. And hes not withholding evidence as the police own attorney said he does not have to identify himself. So again he doesn't have to identify himself. He told you he's their at a customers home for a photo so he's clearly not trespassing.
For all we know you could be a cop who violates law abiding tax paying citizens, plants weapons and drugs on people and beats them black and blue when they stand up for their constitutional rights.
BOTTOMLINE: He was falsely arrested and released with no charges against him because he was in-fact NOT required to ID himself. STUPID TYRANT PIGS!
Cops now have lawsuits nit nit nit
Cop ran into dead end let it go sue them
I would give the officers on scene a C or B and give the chief an F.
We need these cops in jail.
Its ridiculous when an attorney says sorry that's not what you wanna hear this officer I'd dying to arrest him ids are like crack to these officers its ridiculous
Over policing in America. Creating crimes that don’t exist.
What BS. I really do not like cops. It’s all about ego.
It's too bad they don't teach a good German accent in police academy. It would be a lot better when you hear "papers please"
Also
"No reasonable special that he's not committing a crime"
Seriously how stupid are cops these days?
I feel like police officers should be charged with stalking if they follow someone until they commit a crime.
This is so infuriating. “Shut up, I’ll tell you anything I want” and “I’m here to tell you how it’s gonna be, not listen to you.” ?!? To a citizen protected under the constitution and oath?! They ought to be punished and the boss ought to be fired.
They are all at it….ripping him out his truck??? Disgusting he is now looking for something
That POS TYRANT should be FIRED and the stupidvisor should be demoted and retrained!!!
