  1. Those girls need to invoke the 5th and shut the fuck up, and not because of self incrimination; they just have nothing of value to contribute.

  2. Being able to prevent somebody from entering their property while waiting a search warrant I believe should be unlawful. It suggests that cops have power to restrict somebodies rights without due process. It’s to easily abused.

  3. The officer's lost track of the vehicle saw one on the street. That might be yet that is not enough to get a search for it

  4. "We're at 90%" sure his daughters aren't involved.

Are they going to tell the judge that when they ask for the warrant?

  5. I find it very hypocritical that it's okay and legal for cops to lie, but if we lie because we believe that they are breaching their authority, we go to jail. I do not find that fair at all. In my opinion, if a cop lies, he needs to be held to the same laws that we are. That's only one of the reasons of the plethora of encounters that citizens have with cops, and it just goes to prove that they can do whatever the f*** they want, and they can lie and get away with it. And, break our constitutional rights. I also feel that if a cop makes contact with us that he should be forced to tell us who they are and at least identify himself with a badge. Because at that point, anybody could pull us over in a stolen police car and not have identification. And I just find that very hypocritical as well. It's very scary that they have the rights to approach us in plain clothes and an unmarked vehicle. And they do not have a legal obligation to identify themselves to us. It's BS.

  6. "The officers didn't do any police work, didn't keep anyone safe, and just wasted a lot of time" – C

Sadly that's the scale we grade on. If I took a class and refused to do my work because I was distracted, I'd get an F.

  7. Dear Spouses and/or family members, this goes for the ones on the extremely agreeable side of the personality spectrum. If your spouse/family member is challenging the constitutionality of a police interaction, DO NOT ASSIST the police. This is two videos in a row where a family member has assisted or encouraged assisting the police. Keep your mouth shut. Your blabbering on may only lead to more issues. The police are not your friends.

  8. i have followed this channel for almost a year now and regularly binge these videos- today I clicked and was disappointed to see my hometown on display here. there are bad cops everywhere

  9. Idoit officer "you told us to get a warrant" no, he told you he doesnt consent to the vehicle being searched. Stupid officer trying to play the whos boss game, hope he ends up in prison someday getting shown whos the boss when he drops the soap

  10. I HATE it when family members pipe in and try to talk you into not standing up for your rights. It "validates" the officers in their minds and that's the last thing you want when asserting your rights.

  11. I had a cop try some shit like this with me and then put his hands on me. He regretted that with the stitches i gave him and their police chief refusing to let them arrest me because they knew they were committed battery against me.

  12. Imagine if cops were nice…they'd arrange for your car to be towed to your home. Why are things set up to be so harsh to the citizens.

  13. “ even with those rims ?” cops: YEAH YEHA YEAH YEHAHH ! …….. no actually he just so happened to ask you the most perfect first question he could have to give you that reason to lie about the caller saying rims as well hence audit talking about being able to lie ……. i put the points together as soon i heard those “ yeahs “ like cmon if u can’t tell by the way he sounded saying it then ion know what else u need ta hear he’s lying from the jump of the simple conversation the guy was willing to have.
