  1. DETAILS: https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2024/09/03/rookie-cop-stops-the-final-boss-of-speeders-chaos-ensues/
    Original Video (from yesterday): https://youtu.be/MOR_An59D0U?si=h7Ts6LE2gtAH7prm
For some reason his mugshot didn't process into the video, even though it's there clear as day in the editing software. Oh well, you can see it at the "details" link above, along with screenshots of the documents discussed in the video, which did appear to successfully process into the video.

  2. The cop walked up to him putting his gloves on without a ticket in hand knowing they were arresting him. It was after the guy said are you writing me a ticket is when the cop thought of issuing the ticket first and then arresting him, hence going back to the squad car to get the ticket.

  3. Not a good use of taxpayer monies. The guy trying to stand up for his rights was too angry and bothered by the cops and would of been better off being more tamed most likely. Agree the system is messed up with a warrant sitting in limbo while he renews registration annually and license within that time period.

  4. Before you act like this clown you should also make sure you don’t have any burned out lights, bald tires, cracked windshield, etc on you car if/when you get pulled over….. BOY! 🤣

  5. A warrant is a warrant BOY. 😆 Obviously someone didn’t think it was minor offense BOY. If he wasn’t speeding none of this would’ve happened BOY. This “tough guy” can blame himself but that’s not going to happen BOY. 😂

  6. I once got taken in by NYPD for a warrant that shouldn't have been and was 10 years earlier for being in a park after dark playing handball. The park closed at 9 and I was ticketed at 9:04. The ticket was thrown out. I spent like 5 hours in the precinct and when they finally let me go after seeing the warrant didn't exist, they left it up to me to find my own way home. Pretty foul.

  7. Damn my dude has some serious balls! I gotta salute his crazy ass! 😂🤣

So he had a warrant for 10 years and they never tried to serve it? How does a warrant go this long, especially when he obviously wasnt trying to hide. A warrant for something this minor should have a statute of limitations youd think

  8. What they do is look for ANY old tickets, even if paid, they will use that to get an outstanding warrant after they arrest you. Do you still have that receipt from back in 98 for paying that ticket for underage tobacco or whatever? No? Then you have a warrant when cops want you to have a warrant. Oh you do have the receipt, great. It still wont help you unless you happen to have it in hand when cops arrest you and ive seen how they simply ignore everything to make an arrest.

  9. John… question: you said ite cost of the ticket was paid, so does that not mean the situation was taken care of? And is there not a statue of limitations on such a minor infraction? 🤔🤔

  10. I'm sorry. Most of the time I'm with you but not this time. The guy had a warrant, regardless of whether the warrant was confirmed before, during, or after the traffic stop. The warrant, as you've said in numerous videos, allows the officers the right to go into the house. The warrant also wasn't for a minor traffic violation. The warrant was for an FTA on the minor traffic warrant.

Now, this guy has probably been advised about the warrant before and left go for some reason; usually because the department that issued the warrant wouldn't come get him.

The delay with the warrant could've been caused by their dispatch confirming there was an active warrant then confirming with the other department that they would come get him.

Now, I agree that the charge for resisting was a POP arrest and will probably be dismissed in a few months.

Overall, ten minutes for a traffic stop is less than average time to stop someone, check them for warrants and their vehicle stays, then write a ticket.

  11. 12:35 my thought process is if I'm wrongfully dismissed from a job or deal with racism and then make a complaint to the head company that there's racism in the workplace and then my employer fires me instead of the person committing the racial hate crimes. If I don't deal with that within 2 years, the statute of limitations prevents me from suing them for wrongful dismissal. So why do we have to live by a statute of limitations but the police and the government don't have to equal under the law. Doesn't sound like we are really

  12. If the state sent the ticket to collections there should be no warrent. Also there needs to be limits on warrents per crime /ticket amount laspe time. I heard of a case of a man in florida pulled over for some small issue light or what ever it was. Had a warrent got arrested spent days in transport form florida to wisconsin once he got in front of the judge judge asked whats you do. State rep says unpaid child support from 18 years ago both of his kids were in there 30s and the amount was sub $100 or something like that the judge was pissed at the Prosecutor let man go. How much money and time on his end and the states end was spent on basicly nothing from a life time ago
