Welcome to Audit The Audit, where we sort out the who and what and the right and wrong of police interactions. Help us grow and educate more citizens and officers on the proper officer interaction conduct by liking this video and/or subscribing.

The illegal and inappropriate actions taken by some officers cost cities thousands in reparations and settlements. Illegal detentions and false arrests are some of the leading causes of lawsuits filed against police departments. This episode demonstrates a very educational audit which resulted in a large settlement for the auditor.

  1. Thank you for helping us grow and reach more citizens and officers alike. We sincerely appreciate any likes and subs as we continue to mature into a healthy channel. Thank you for being here from the beginning!

  2. This was one of the best.. the initial officer was either ignorant of the law or he just decided to bully the citizen, ignoring his rights. Luckily the supervisor knew the law and immediately ordered the release of the citizen…probably reducing the liability of the department…Awesome job by the supervisor…the best I have seen in some time!

  3. Ain't police supposed to know that recording in public is legal, I'm sure there hire officers just to cost there own city thousands in compensation

  4. Cops watching him stand there: Yeah, we got him, we are so big and strong, he obeys us! He going to jail for sure! Yahoo!

The auditor: I'm about to make so much money off these morons.

  5. I always love running into this audit.. by far one of the best high ranking officers that department could ask for .. definitely deserves a higher position

  6. False information. After sept 11th attaches officers and the general public are supposed report any suspicious activity including taking video or pictures of buildings

  7. Problem is cops don’t learn their lesson, they just get bitter against people who know their rights… What a reversed world. They want us to follow the laws but if you know the laws you’re an enemy.

  8. How are these police officers so dumb that they don't realize they're being audited, baited, or whatever you choose to call it?

These guys need a reprimand, training, and some desk duty. I think the settlement was fair given the circumstances.

  9. Your wrong about this audit officers are still people and this guy walked away from the officer ignoring him like he was trying to start a problem
