Welcome to Audit The Audit, where we sort out the who and what and the right and wrong of police interactions. Help us grow and educate more citizens and officers on the proper officer interaction conduct by liking this video and/or subscribing.
The illegal and inappropriate actions taken by some officers cost cities thousands in reparations and settlements. Illegal detentions and false arrests are some of the leading causes of lawsuits filed against police departments. This episode demonstrates a very educational audit which resulted in a large settlement for the auditor.

perfect example of why every policemen in America should be bonded and insured and paid for out of their own pockets
the settlement should have been one million dollars
Video of shame priceless
Big ups to the supervisor 👏🏾💯👍🏾for knowing the law and up holding our rights
if someone recites a statue you know you gonna be cooked
The ATA gets the usual FA-Q
These tyrant fools got off cheap!
This was one of the best.. the initial officer was either ignorant of the law or he just decided to bully the citizen, ignoring his rights. Luckily the supervisor knew the law and immediately ordered the release of the citizen…probably reducing the liability of the department…Awesome job by the supervisor…the best I have seen in some time!
Ain't police supposed to know that recording in public is legal, I'm sure there hire officers just to cost there own city thousands in compensation
Cops watching him stand there: Yeah, we got him, we are so big and strong, he obeys us! He going to jail for sure! Yahoo!
The auditor: I'm about to make so much money off these morons.
JAJAJAAJA MAREPOTO SE FUE CON EL 0,4 % GLU GLU GLUG
Please blurr the underage child’s face. You should know better than to have it on this video
They bully cops
this is my favorite audit of all time
This is why America was great.
That's kind of a "faggy" tattoo on the supervising officer's arm.
Maybe he should arrest Google as well because they definitely have taken picture of this department in street view😂
Why wouldn't the supervisor also get an A+?
Does anyone know the case code or have the link to this case?
Dumbass thy name is Romero!
I always love running into this audit.. by far one of the best high ranking officers that department could ask for .. definitely deserves a higher position
The colorado cops don't like to be filmed they are with the cartels
Where can i find a good harassment lawyer?
Romeo = IDIOTASO
Keep filming and sue these tyrants. Take it out of their paychecks.
I LOVE how the Sargent won't even hear the rest of the other cops justification and just walks away.
False information. After sept 11th attaches officers and the general public are supposed report any suspicious activity including taking video or pictures of buildings
Problem is cops don’t learn their lesson, they just get bitter against people who know their rights… What a reversed world. They want us to follow the laws but if you know the laws you’re an enemy.
How are these police officers so dumb that they don't realize they're being audited, baited, or whatever you choose to call it?
These guys need a reprimand, training, and some desk duty. I think the settlement was fair given the circumstances.
Your wrong about this audit officers are still people and this guy walked away from the officer ignoring him like he was trying to start a problem
I would never have the guts to do this, even if I knew what I was doing was 100% legal.
Remaining silent for a majority of his detention? He was talking the whole time lol.
Romero= CLOWN!!
That is an…interesting phone holster.
Lt. is carrying a 1911. You know he's been in this a long time.
