What "criminal indicators" did I miss?

Looks like a set up to me! The driver and the other guy look dumbfounded!!why didn’t they put the boxes in the other car?
Most companies require that the trailer be locked and usually have a security seal on the doors. Absolutely nothing about the trailer being locked is suspicious and should not raise any alarms with an Officer of the Law.
I was really looking for it to turn out to be dogfood in those boxes…
The seal on the trailer is standard. The passenger is not in command and control of the truck. He shouldn't be able to give that trooper concent to search. He was fishing and since they don't know their rights is why this happened. BAD BUST😢😢😢
Good job as usual John your a awesome attorney!! 17:32
The big gulp is a bit sus.. Why did he move back there suddenly ? If you were a cop you'd think something could be up…
Is this not called “fruit of the poison tree” or is that only federal? Yeah saw it a movie but it’s real. Is this a terry violation? Which is also fed but all states follow it and Miranda etc. so?
The dot cops don't need permission to search anything.
"Oh yeah i smell Marijuana big time" whoops your snout picked up the wrong scent. I highly doubt they're was any pot smoking on route of trafficking a mil worth of cocain. This one of the few times where they could shine, but nope they still look like tyrants, and sound dumb af.
Cocaine is measured by its purity.
The value is calculated on how pure it is, it has to be cut before it ends up on the street, this is how you put value on its worth.
By the time it ends up on the street it is sometimes cut up to 70%, usually with carbon soda or talcum powder, or flour, this is why you see heavy users, end up looking so bad it changes the skin color and their looks deteriorate.
But putting the value of this cocaine, in blocks can have a variance of cost, the cook sells to the dealer for a much smaller amount compared to how much he makes by selling it in small satchels
If that's cocaine…
Can you make breaks or points of interest so we can see what you're talking about?
Not having a log book/ELD as a commercial-rated driver is definitely suspicious because it's absolutely required, even for loads that are entirely private use.
Dude 0:47 this isn't the first time I've seen a cop just cramming evidence, often specifically drugs into the trunk or just setting loaded firearms inside the passenger side of the car on the floorboard-
It's like, seriously why is this level of disorganization and clutter allowed at all?
Considering Miami is a cocaine trafficking hub im positive that is RAW uncut and will get chopped down and be worth $5+mil 💯
Van and refrigerator trailers are often locked or sealed, protect cargo or ensure food safety
No it not abnormal to have trailer sealed. It happens to protect the merchandise and keep people out of it. I’m surprised there isn’t an actual padlock on it if this truck actually had $2 million worth of cocaine on it.
Seems weird that he searched the cab during a compliance inspection. Whenever I was ever stopped, they looked at equipment like lights and tires, permits, the load, and paperwork. I never had anyone search the cab, although I drove a straight truck and my experience with inspections was fairly limited.
The trailer seal is not a redflag unless it doesn't match what's recorded on BOL !
It was a tip because there were no indicators for probable cause to search plus consent to search was not granted by driver ! REST MY CASE !
No 1 box is not $1,000,000.00 worth of cocaine🤨. If there is one thing you can count on when it comes to cops. Its that they dont know the difference between what a quarter gram of product looks like and 3.5 grams looks like. Let alone what either are worth.🤦♀️
Every truck legally with a load must have tag seals like that …
There were plenty of pissed off drug addicted Americans that weekend…..
Oh, Yeah. We all know that a Latino driving a company truck is up to no good. A Latino Tractor Trailer Driver from Miami, absolutely guilty of Narcotraficanting. Plus he has a Helper who doesn’t have a Heavy License to Drive, fishy.
He should’ve known that they’d be pulled over for Driving while Latino.
Merica!
A guy from Miami, that used to be biggest important of drugs, doesn't care about a logbook, that's a huge redflag for me to search the truck. Trucks fall under federal guidelines and can be searched at anytime.
Don't know about how things are done in the US but in the UK and in Europe tamper seals are the norm on trailers.
It would have been funny if the trunk on the police car would not close and the cocaine fell out before he got back to the station😂😂😂
Pro tip- your semi should not smell like weed 😉
Watch it not even be booger sugar probably just like that fake sugar for coffee and just needs to the boxes to tote it in the box
If #1 can't speak English, how did he agree to the Rights statement?
