That is not legal. People saying they can’t talk because of an NDA you are either dodging the law or just don’t know any better. Ok. If you read this now you know. So. Never think you can’t talk because of an NDA. A paragraph is all you need in a real NDA.

The NDA is likely not legit. Just because an attorney gives you a contract does not make it legal and binding. Talk and let him sue you if the NDA s legit. But I don’t think it is all legit. Hospitals ask doctors to sign NDA all the time. Most aren’t legal so I don’t think about it. If it goes to court you talk forget about any NDA.

Thanks for explaining to people that signing NDAs don’t mean you must be silenced from speaking of illegal acts. That’s what many in the industry under NDAs are led to believe.
