The whole case is f*d up. Not only did she commit these murders and steal the daughters money.
But she also divided this family. I saw the younger daughter and she had really loved Russ. The older daughter wasn't the biggest fan of Russ, for regular teenage reasons.
But that younger daughter never thought he killed her at first but over time she was pressured to believe he did it.
But she had a very hard time, she wanted to talk to Russ but no one would let her. Then she was forced to testify against him.
By the time he got out of prison it was too late. So now the divide is too wide to repair.. I saw that girl cry over that… I've often wondered if they ever talked… But Pam Hupp is evil.. 3 murders, stealing the girls money. Framing so much.. I hope she has a horrible prison life.
The judge in Russel's trial was a terrible lawyer and should have been disbarred for her actions. I wish Russel would sue Lincoln County so that this never happens to anyone. The judge was suspended by the MO Supreme Court in 2017 for violating the code of ethics on other cases.

Her former husband should be charged as an accomplice. He knew that insurance money wasn't theirs to enjoy.
I don't give Pam any credit for being a master anything. Her audience (cops & DA) was incredibly lazy. She didn't snow them. She made it easy for them to choose one path. In which they dug in. Cops & DA's are notoriously lazy. Unfortunately, it happens every day.
If you're not doing anything wrong or committing a crime, you shouldn't have an issue with the government seeing what you're doing on your phone/online
