  1. A lot of so-called Christians don't act like they are – and Delaney is a perfect example. He is a pushy bully who got mad when he didn't get his way, just like a toddler Also, I hope that the guy who was arrested filed a formal complaint against that cop. Any cop who lets his personal biases affect the performance of his job should NOT be a cop. And the cop also lied on his report. He should be fired.

  2. All charges were dismissed, and Mr. Hartford settled with the Chattanooga Police for $29,000… I couldn't find anything on potential disciplinary action against this Gestapo POS cop, James Elliott, who was a member of that church. He should have been immediately fired and indicted for false imprisonment. He didn't like what Mr. Hartford was doing, so under color of law, he violated his civil rights. He even lied on his police report, so he broke a commandment by bearing false witness against his neighbor. What a hypocrite.

  3. I'm a Christian but I believe this is disgusting behavior by the church leader and the police officer should have to pay out that settlement not the taxpayers 😡

  4. Long story short, the cop hasn't been sued yet because the case hasn't gone to court yet….. I'm getting real tired of the clickbait this channel uses, that earns you a dislike.

  5. How about the chief just standing by and watching while the camera was grabbed, which is assault?

  6. wow. he went into this knowing full well the guy is within his rights and when the recorder asserted his freedom, logic and reasoning flew out the window

  7. I have learned a lot by watching your videos BUT I would like to hear the end results of what happens to the officer not just speculation on the video end. I want to know if the officer got fired, the auditor won his law suit. Not that it’s pending there has to be videos out there that have the whole story. Play some of them. But thank you for teaching me about my civil rights, I don’t look at them any more as just a big bunch of words. Keep up the good work.

  8. That cop lost his qualified immunity in a Cobb County lawsuit for firing 8 shots at an unarmed teenager and cost taxpayers $275,000.
He left Cobb and moved to Chattanooga where he has had several excessive force disciplines.

  9. Lmao this pastor is a tool check this out:

Alfred Johnson has been the pastor at Church of the First Born for more than 30 years now, and said he noticed things slowly began to change about 15 years ago, when Calvary Chapel moved in next door.

The pastor claims Calvary Chapel began purchasing most of the property around his small church, forcing his congregation to find parking blocks away. However, when Pastor Johnson, and others, took to the streets to protest, he said that’s when things turned ugly.

“You know I was peacefully marching,” said Pastor Johnson, “One of their pastors assaulted me. Now this is not just my word, (people) actually witnessed it. He punched me in my chest a couple of times, and then he pushed me with his fingers, two fingers pushed me. This is no exaggeration.”
