Nicole Virzi is accused of murdering 6 1/2-week-old Leon Katz, the son of her friends, on Father’s Day. The same day, the District Attorney in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, said Virzi injured Leon’s twin brother. The DA is seeking the death penalty against Virzi, who was pursuing a PhD in psychology and visiting friends when Leon died. Virzi has pleaded not guilty to the charges. They left the one twin in the care of the person who caused the injuries the genitalia of the twin they took to the hospital? And she killed the twin they left behind? Dang.

So so confused as to why the parents would leave the other baby with her, after thinking that she harmed one already. But how did they prove already that the parents didn’t harm the babies?

I have never been more angry. I am also surprised at the people questioning why the parents left Leon with her if she hurt Ari. Obviously they didn't initially realize the injury to Ari were inflicted by this devil of a woman since she was the one to point them out. If so, I'm sure they would have taken Leon with them. How do we know if her psychology background wasn't used to manipulate them into leaving Leon with her?

This case does not make any sense at all. Please remember not to crucify this woman until there is a trial by her peers with evidence to state one way or the other.

How in the world do you carry a child for none months and hurt them how do you hurt any child this is so heinous! Being nine months pregnant with my second little boy this story sickens me. This is awful those poor babies
But why did she do it?
i feel for the parents. I dont think they flippantly left their babies with someone they didnt fully trust. I know that anyone is capable of any thing at any time, but i absolutely have friends i would trust with my kids. And its beyond ludicrous they left the twin with her while they tended to the others injuries, but even that i feel shows how much they trusted her. Heartbreaking and tragic lesson to learn.
I find it funny when murderers get scared of the death penalty. “Oh, so you DON’T like the idea of others’ making big life decisions for you?”

This doesn’t make sense to me at all. I bet there’s something else going on. Abused the first baby then the parents leave the second with her?! She just randomly tries to kill them? I’ve seen quite a few mums bring in babies that have scratched genitals in bath accidentally, same with face if their nails aren’t short. There’s a lot of debate around skull fractures in babies and the pathophysiology of this. I think she put the baby in one of those lean back bouncer chairs, I could see how someone might not strap a 6 week old in. I dunno, I’m not buying it unless there is a ton of other evidence. DP totally inappropriate as usual.

I can't believe parents of a 6 week old leave their baby's in the hands of strangers ! No way ! No how ! Don't trust anyone around your children people have exposed themselves to very evil things ! Don't think that psychology is the study of the brain psychology and psychiatry. It's actually the study of how demons influence people it's just people haven't stop to think about it for what it is so these people who are so deep into psychology look what they turn into demons themselves!
