  1. Then yeah you will die eventually you will, Because

Even people that have a chromosome disorder and the same one that I have

Art all the same they aren’t gonna have the same issues as I do

You know maybe their issues are more minor, Because everybody that might have the same chromosome deletion as I do

Won’t have the same behaviours it’s like he might have a disability

But it might not be autism it might suffer from other behaviour problems

And they might not near as bad as me so they might not need to be put on Abilify and Zoloft

And quite a few other psychotic medication you know

Because even had a small dose like I’m on the Abilify pills right now and I only take like two of them and they’re 15 mg each

So that’ll be like 30 mg you wouldn’t think that strong that would kill a person

But if nobody if the person doesn’t need it then they will die eventually because

It works for me it really does and I’m not as bad when I have that

For somebody that might not need it they will die eventually because

Doesn’t sound like a lot but it has lots of chemicals in there and lots of other ingredients that you don’t have to be on 300 or 400 mg

If I could only be on 30 mg Abilify and it works for me that’s how strong it is

So yeah if you if nobody needs it if the person doesn’t need it it will kill them

Because that is brutal stuff and it should not be given to just a random person

  2. Like I have autism and a very rare chromosome disorder which causes me to have lots of behaviour problems

That mimic quite a few behaviours of somebody like that has like ADHD, psychosis behaviors, schizophrenia, And of course impulse controls so like the ability to not be able to control certain things

So I take a lot of medication like somebody who doesn’t understand would probably think I would I should be dead from the amount that I take in the day

The only reason I’m still alive is because why brain doesn’t function properly so

My body doesn’t reject it when you have the issues that I have

Your body doesn’t reject it and so it won’t kill you you know

But if you’re just a person who has an anxiety issues or very very very minor cases of like

A condition but not enough to affect your quality of life

  3. But the reason it doesn’t kill me is because I need it and

I need to help my brain function and my body allows that, if you don’t need

Let’s say you know if you just have an anxiety or an allergy to something

Nobody should be prescribing psychotic medication to a person

That only has a minor mental condition

  4. I mean my doctor my psychiatrist doctor boss and my other psychiatrist that I had before Doctor Raj

They are pretty good doctors and for me I needed a good antipsychotic medication

Because of their behaviours in the issues that I have

But I just had anxiety and very minor issues going on in my life

They wouldn’t put me on Abilify and Zoloft and the other medications that I’m on

Joey took the same amount of pills that I take in the day you know

  5. SHE DESERVES THE SENTENCE SHE WAS GIVEN.
SHE WAS ONLY SORRY FOR HERSELF, HER APOLOGY WASN'T SINCERE, HER LAWYER TOLD HER TO DO IT IN A BID TO SHOW SHE'S REMORSEFUL.
IT'S AN INSULT NOT AN APOLOGY.

  6. She said your choice is Reg Vicodin are tynel with vicodin – anyone that uses pills and drugs wouldn’t even want those pills, and she gets a M charge for it. Wow That’s unreal

  7. This makes me sick convicting her of murder?. That’s nuts. U came there for pills and drugs.
Just like u go to the abc store to buy alcohol. If u start drinking liquor hardcore and nonstop and u die of alcohol poisoning. Whose fault is that. Also you the person should said I never taking this and ask questions an ask for a weak mG. Blame a doctor bc u wanted eat the whole bottle. So now doctors can’t give it out to pep that actually need it. So what now? Fentanyl has came out of nowhere and taking over. I rather pep see a doctor and get pills and have to learn about what they are getting and taking – then buying same pills off the streets, then people buying fentanyl and H off the streets.
By completing cutting off pain pills from people, now they are just finding it on the st and it’s way stronger and deadly.

  8. How can people not blame the doctor? Absolute negligence to her patients and all to line her pockets. She didn't care what she prescribed and ofcourse users went to her. She caused and fed their addiction.

  9. It is very common for doctors to prescribe drugs they know who killed the patient but they do get maybe a $10 bonus for prescribing them and that's all that counts

  10. I disagree. Yes, a person had a choice to take drugs or not. However, if a doctor gives pain meds to patient who clearly needs help not drugs, She is responsible for the drugs she just gave the person. Instead of reporting it, attemting to help or denying that person the drugs, she said here have some more. If you see people passing out in your office and needles in bathrooms, as a doctor i would definatly realize there is a big problem here……. Im glad she is charged with murder. Any pill mill doctor deserves this. The only reason these doctors do this, is money, not to help patients. They know what they are doing is very wrong and people will die and are dying because of their recklessness.

  11. It sucks that the parents lost their child, but he knew the risks and made the choice. He was old enough to make choices with his own body. Don't push for throwing the doctor in prison. Try to get her license taken. His moms bitch ass should be in prison for abusing the law to throw a woman in jail for giving people medication that they ask for. Sad. I hope the mom has a miserable rest of her life.

  12. Murder in the second degree.

    (1) A person is guilty of murder in the second degree when:

    (a) With intent to cause the death of another person but without premeditation, he or she causes the death of such person or a third person;

Through her reckless business practices, she overprescribed a druggie. Her actions led to his death. I can see why people are calling this malpractice but likely due to her track record and the circumstantial evidence the jury most likely found her guilty because based on the kid's track record there was no reason why he should have been prescribed such a heavy dose in the first place. Obviously, if it was a one-off then I am sure they could have argued it down to malpractice but there was a litany of victims left in the wake of her profits.

  13. Doesnt you ameeicans have a control organ with precriptions?
In my country a doctor WILL be controlled , especially when writing out this kind of medications.
I know a doctors who lost his right to give out prescriptions at all. Meaning, he can not work as a doctor at all.
All such type of prescriptions has also to be followed with a kode, tellung something about what kind of diagnose/reason for needing such medication.
Well ,its hard to explain with this broken english, but , it is possible to change things to avvoid prescriptions addicts…

  14. This is a complete joke. As a German doctor I have to say yes she did oversubscribe but it’s not uncommon to subscribe these substances and as a doctor if patients come in and complain of certain pains and aches it’s normal to subscribe these kind of medications even in our emergency departments if people come in with severe back pain it’s protocol to subscribe muscle relaxants and and some opioids. If a patient comes in and lies it’s sometimes not easy to differentiate between who really needs it and who doesn’t without doing a lot unnecessary diagnostics. So yes she obviously did some over subscribing for the patients but to charge with murder for that is a complete joke and makes other doctors more careful in subscribing those kind of medications to people who would really need them but will not get them because doctors are scared that it could be abused.

  15. Pain killers should be more controlled and only prescribed to patients with terminal or serious diseases and not to anyone, DEA should monitor Doctors they will do anything for money, why you think they went to medical schools, just to rack money and they don't care about people welfare and safety.
