  1. Any likes or subs would be sincerely appreciated. The YouTube algorithm has been working against us lately. Its crazy to think that YouTube wouldn't want people to learn about their rights.

  2. Saved a law abiding citizen from the road pirates wanting to go hands on and throw someone into a dungeon that day. 3 officers for a hitchhiker. redicilous.

  3. The recording citizen needed a lower score. The dude just jumped in without knowing what was going on and escalated an encounter that he had no business involving himself in in the first place. All he did was make things worse.

  4. Some of the auditors on this channel need to learn some social skills, when you start off the interaction by being a asswipe, it's like you are pushing the limits and trying to get the LEO's to overstep.

  5. Auditor: "Hey! I'm interrupting you with several questions!"
    Officer: "Stop interrupting the investigation!"
Auditor: "I'm not interrupting! Let me interrupt you some more by shouting some more questions!"

  6. One could suppose that the guy filming IS interrupting by asking questions. Also, the camera guy is requesting the reason for questioning but he is not a legal, or otherwise, representative of the guy being questioned.

  7. Auditor seemed like a tool, but glad the hitchhiker decided to go with him rather than the police, I don't doubt they'd have been able to arrest him for hitchhiking even after offering him a ride.

  8. Anybody else notice how police officers always have a NEED to be in control?

"What's your name and badge number?"

"I'll tell you in a minute"

meanwhile the response took longer than just answering his question.

But he can't let the civilian with the camera "control" the conversation.

Police departments need more thorough psych evals.

  9. Policedont help just harass and lie to people police would make up there own laws for there rites and police full know that the courts will believe the police with lies and reportswhitch means police have more powers and safety over anyone else the police are the hated bunch of corupt, koll and Bash u for there lies citizens of the town or state have no rites of freedom to enjoy there life go anywhere without being harassed or stopped seachered have guns pointed at them, false charges ,but if black people will be killed bashed for racist violence by police because they can

  10. I actually wanted the recording citizen to get tackled and tazed

Because some cops are bad and must be recorded and corrected

But assuming that all are bad and antagonizing them even when they were nice is just bad

He prolly just hate all cops

  11. I had a roommate once who intervened in somebody’s traffic stop and he managed to escalate the situation to the point where he took a deputy’s pepper spray, at which point the cop drew his pistol and arrested him. He managed to get out from under several felonies, but it cost him thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees and upended his entire life for over a year. Bottom line- mind your business unless there’s something really egregious.

  12. This guy sure sounds a little like a sovereign citizen with that “freedom of passage” stuff. Those people sure love to travel.

  13. A C- is way to nice. Put simply the guy recording was trying to escalate the situation by berating the officers when things were relatively calm and peaceful. That is fine if you are the target of their problems but when you are putting a bystandar who doesn't seem to have any issue in the middle of this you are risking him being arrested for the officers getting aggitated at you.

This guy gets a D for dumbass.

  14. This cop watcher needed to shut the hell up. It’s clear at the point that the police even explained why they had stopped him and informed him they are trying to assist him that this guy didn’t give a crap about protecting another citizen. He would have been happy to escalate this to something it never would have been for this other citizen just for content.

  15. It is sad how undertrained police officers are, which causes them to not grasp the full situation in situation such as these.

It is unbelievable that they would just ignore an escaped mental patient rather than getting him back to the asylum to get his antipsychotics

  16. No racisms detected, but definitely a bias from the recording citizen. However given the history of police encounters with black citizens, over policing, targeted policing, and even FBI warnings of white supremacy infiltration of the police, he was not completely unjustified in holding a suspicion of their motives. Again however, asserting it was the case and treating them as if they had already done something wrong was certainly unjustified.

  17. C- is too generous, provoking police for a response rather than silently witnessing and recording is never a good idea. This auditor definitely needed to use his right to remain silent.

  18. Let’s take a moment to remind viewers that it’s never a good idea to get into a vehicle with someone you just met.
