He plotted & waited for her to leave for work knowing exactly where she would be , he knew she would be pulling over by fire station to start her paper work to begin her shift !!! This is a gross insult to the Corps, and it’s not what real marines do! I served in joint operations as an army medic in Viet Nam 1968-1969, 5th Infantry (Mech) Division. The marines have my highest respect.
