  1. his statements appear too rehearsed, they followed her home what for?? He knew he had a weapon on him.., no charges?? He is most likely an informant for the cops and is working on a case for them. They could have called the cops right away as soon as she got home and stay out sight.

  2. Just to be fair part of the reason we have so many cases on YouTube about Florida is because they have some of the best freedom of information laws. In other words, it's easy to get dash cam videos.

  3. I don’t know if this is a lot in every state but perfect property is private property even if you had the right to be there if an altercation like that happened they should’ve stayed on the street. Waited for the police instead of trying to be vigilante. She didn’t have to give them their information. She is on her turf so what were they gonna do if she didn’t give her information would they have held her at gunpoint but they have strong armed her shit a lot said she was in when it altercation happened. They could’ve escalated it by waiting on the police. That is why there is police. This video is two years old I thought this was something recent so those are you that no more about this story did she have any cameras on her house that can show what happened because I’m thinking all of this happened on the residential Street but from this video it looks like she might’ve lived off of like a Street secluded I don’t see how you can stand your ground on somebody else’s property. You brought a weapon over there. I thought he was outside on the street when shooting happened but it sounds like he was on the property shooting the homeowner, I don’t agree with the outcome. Nothing was handled right and he had no business first she shot her weapon first then I can understand him defending himself, but he had no business being on the girls property.

  4. Man if I hit a biker and guy kicks my car I’m going to try to get away or drive to a police station.. these bikers followed her and were furious and shot her after she tried to do the only thing she could do and try scare them of butbiker was ready to kill probably pointed it at her before kicking her car… dude probably was drunk

  5. That fool needs to go to jail… how the Fck he talk himself out of time.. sounded like murder if anything could of had a stand off with both pointing guns at each that fool just started blasting she was probably just pulling out for protection no to shot he shot right away to kill.. you can obviously hear it on the 911 call.. at least manslaughter the witness probably scared of biker n changed up story from intimidation.. the witnesses were biker dudes buddies.. they trespassed and killed her, look like nothing was wrong with his bike

  6. I take it you guys don’t know the difference between stand your ground and castle doctrine. The man wasn’t on her property to begin with. Castle doctrine doesn’t extend to the public street and stand your ground isn’t about defending property. 🤡

  7. Don’t make a show without any information. The guy was 100% right. She did a hit and run on him. He followed her only because she fled the scene. He called the cops and asked for help. While fleeing the scene the woman then called the cops and said the men were chasing her with no mention of her hit and run. The bike rider followed her just to let the police know where she is. She went inside where she was safe. Got a gun and walked out side and pointed it at the biker. She lost all possibility of self defense. He was not on her property. And he pulled his gun only after she pulled hers. She just didn’t want to deal with the cops so she made a dumb decision and she paid for it.

  8. 'Kay…From the biker's perspective, she intentionally hits him, maybe possibly almost killing him (Because its very easy for a motorcycle accident to turn into a fatality), and speeds off. Bad judgment call in chasing her down, but an even worse one on her part in coming out with a firearm, as to the biker, it could seem like she intends to finish him off. She could have just as easily stayed in her home.

  9. He shouldn’t have followed her, but she should’ve stopped, he needed her license and insurance card, she also could’ve killed him, she also damn sure shouldn’t have grabbed a gun, why did she grab a gun? Plz don’t say scsre them! It don’t matter if he wasn’t knocked off his bike! She hit him whether intentional or not a accident u need to stop, give him ur license & registration, it’s her fault regardless of not hurt he could’ve been killed period! She shouldn’t have gotten a gun other then yo shoot! Cut the crap! She was 200%, he was 25%-50% wrong, we not about to keep staying on what he did! If he wanted to escalate the situation he would’ve been pulled his when she could’ve killed him hitting his motorcycle he could’ve defended and pulled his gun but he didn’t 🤷🏽‍♂️🗣️👀it’s a messed up situation but “SHE WAS WRONG!”

  10. Much easier, could it have been if she would have stopped herself if she wasn't the aggressor if she would have stopped when the people tried to stop her for the accident because she was trying to run him off the road I guess you can say. Stop making excuses for this woman to me. That sounds like that's all you're doing is that you're just trying to find Excuses for this woman. And there's sadly no excuses for her action. Because yes, he did have a right to be there to get her insurance information. Because she tried to run him off the road. She hit his bike and damaged it in some way. The drivers are saying she did this intentionally. It looks like she did that intentionally. And then when she wouldn't stop when people try to stop her.

  11. You know what im having a hard time listioning to this. It seems no matter what ( and I'm assuming) you are making excuses or trying to find wring in what the guy did. So thus conversation is one sided. I personally just stumbled across this. Im so glad he was found not guilty. Reason why, from the 911 calls it sounds like she started this collusion course by hitting him on his bike… so so far she is the aggressor, other people follow her and try to get her to stop and she will not. If someone hits, bumps, potentially hurting or killing me because I try to passs her. I would not be on the line with the police, id be flowing her so she does not get away with it ( there are too many victims out there). Now if I was her, i would not have gone home, i would drive to the police station…. bummmmm, but if I intentionally hit someone on a motorcycle cycle….. maybe I should just go home…maybe get away with this, blame him (not unheard of, actually very common your hit and run then blame the victim. I would not say Im scard for my life, then grab a gun, further putting myself and unborn child in danger. In this pod cast ypur not saying everthing on what she said he said… its just what he says. One sided this sounds on the womans part.

  12. Question, if he's on the property or if hes off the property. Does the bullet stop at the end of the yard? Does the bullet say oops? Here's the property line I'm gonna drop. Or does the bullet go for a long distance. Bottom line, I don't think she was fearful, people thought she was wrong enough, arrogant enough not to stop, not to drive to police station. Me personally, Including if there are 3 bikers outside on or off the property that I just intentionally hit on the highway, I didn't stop. I would stay inside, arm myself so if they did come inside or attempted to them I could shoot them. They did not styempt to enter the home. The news says they were on the street ( so who knows). So why did she come out waiving at gun at them

  13. Ahexwas waiving and pointing her gun. How much do people need to be victimized by people. I think people are not putting up with it. Im sorry shes dead her unborn child is dead, she has a daughter that is motherless now. I think if this biker is any kind of a person this will follow and haunt him knowing he shot and killed a pregnant woman.

  14. Nowadays, people are not held accountable. They go to court judges. Oh okay, let em go. So people are not being held accountable. Victims are getting stepped on, robbed, murdered. Judges let them go. I think thats the problem here. Why call the police, they will arrest the person, let them go. Thank God the biker was found not guilty

  15. People are tired of the excuses like you just said it was okay for her to do that because she didn't hurt him, but it's okay for her to intentionally hit his bike but not knock him off. Not kill him, but it's OK that she hit him. Don't make excuses for her because she was a female and she was pregnant. Yeah, it's really sad that she was pregnant. She was really foolish for doing what she did period, but stop making excuses for her. There's no excuse if you act a fool, you'll be treated a fool. People really get tired of this. I think victims I call this biker a victim. She started it, she was the aggressor she was the person who came out of the house with a gun pointing at she made a lot of poor choices.

  16. Per the news they were not on the property. But I don't believe she was afraid, if she was she would have stayed inside the house and called 911 then stay inside the house. You dont try to hit a motorcycle on the high PERIOD. IF ITS A BIKER, I WOULD SAY ITS A BIGGER NO. I DONT FALT THEM FOR FOLLOWING SOMEONE HOME AFTER THEY HIT MY BIKE, MY CAR….GIT ME. SHE SHOULD HAVE STAYED INSIDE. GOING OUT EITH A GUN, POINTING IT AT SOMEONE YPU JUST TRIED TO RUN OFF THE ROAD IS ASKING FOR TROUBLE. NOW HER DAUGHTER HAS NO MOTHER.

  17. They follow her home. She left the scene of hitting his bike in my opinion. She was so afraid why did she come out of the house? She should have stayed in the house. She should have never went outside. She should have never brought a gun outside. It's really sad she was sadly to say she was full as she was really full of the first of all for hitting the bike. She was foolish for going outside with a gun in her hand then waving it at them.. I don't believe she was afreaid.yes, its really sad she lost her life, her family, her daughter will now have to deal with that, the biker "Derr" will also have to live woth the fact that he feltvhe had to shoot and killed a pregnant woman. No one thinks. I don't think the biker is at fault, the courts didnt either. Everyone lost a great deal that day. I also think this day will also haunt the biker that shot her in self defense
