Boston police officer John O’Keefe spent a cold Winter night out having a good time at bars with his girlfriend, Karen Read, and fellow cops in January 2022. Shortly after midnight, a sergeant invited O’Keefe and Read back to his Canton home with the rest of the group for an after-party. Read said she dropped O’Keefe off and went home. The next morning, a concerned Read began searching for her boyfriend after he never came home and found him unresponsive, lying in the snow near the sergeant’s home. Did they not do a DNA test on the broken tail light fragments and the car itself at the same site and surrounding area of the vehicle, to see if it had the victim's DNA or blood on it?

John’s DNA would have to be on the broken taillight and the taillight have to unequivocally match Karen’s SUV. Did the prosecution prove it let alone test for this?

Probable, sure. Tail lights would become visible after snow melt. I'm shocked at the lack of weather experts to say when and how the show was falling. There's a lack of evidence for murder. That alone should be enough to derail prosecution.

They beat him senseless inside the house and threw him out on the lawn like he was trash. I believe they planned on blaming it on Lucky loughran the plow driver at first, and then when Jen maccabe realized Karen's tail light was cracked Karen read became the scapegoat. Shes actually on police dash am video sneaking into the house to speak to her sister and Brian Albert.
