Kenneth Herring left the scene of a crash after colliding his truck with another vehicle and little did he know, a bystander was hot on his tail. Hannah Payne took it upon herself to be a vigilante and chase down Herring as he fled the scene in confusion. After blocking Herring’s truck, an armed Payne confronted him, even after police told her to stand down. 1. Wow! I think the punishment was harsh because there was no intent to kill but for her negligence it got her in this predicament. She should have listened but she’s young and doesn’t think she should. The story was crazy! My condolences to the family

  2. So WHAT were those medical Needles doing in the truck which were captured on video? None of the various articles available explain any details, details which should be important with regards to Mr.Herring having a medical issue. Was he having a diabetic issue? Miss Payne should NEVER EVER have been given a gun licence and was quite obviously out-of-her-mind with her Springfield 9mm brought into the equation.

  3. The 911 operator told her to NOT follow him. If she would have stopped her gun never would have been introduced. She came at him, not the other way around so why did she pull her gun? She needs to go to jail.

  4. wait a minute…. another channel announced, the old guy was, trying to drive to the hospital, cause he was out of insulin… that's why he left the first scene. this channel is not even announcing he was a diabetic.

  5. She either shouldve stayed at original scene or just followed from a distance to give updates on where guy was going. She never shouldve stopped him. Sad that it happened.

  6. Of course, she should be imprisoned!!! No question about it. Most of these people taking the law into their own hands don't even KNOW the law…

  7. Her attorney listened to the 911 call, and deduced the man was the aggressor? What sort of joker legal system called that bloke to bar?!

  8. I suppose that fella talking out his arese must be her attorney. Absolutely ridiculous take from that bloke, this woman is a narcissist. The gun on her made her feel she could do whatever, even after being told not to follow.
The nerve of that fella to say the man grabbed her and was trying to take her gun? Absolute disgrace of a human being.

  9. A Karen is a Karen, now it takes a trigger happy obnoxious liar 😢 with kidnapping in mind to create a bloody scene. An epitome of hot blooded narcissist

  10. I’m confused by the fact that no one here seams concerned by the fact that the man was a danger driving at that moment. What do you have to wait for?! That he causes an other accident, maybe hurting or killing somebody this time?!
I do believe what she did was illegal, and she definitely should have not have used her gun at all, but I would appreciate someone stopped him from driving around before he hits someone else!

  11. She literally thought she was a cop on this day!!! She couldn’t wait to use that gun smh just listen to how she is demanding for him to get out the car like she is literally a police officer

  12. Defense lawyers know that the jury has to like them right? Otherwise the defendant doesn’t stand a chance. The defensive lawyer didn’t do her any favours. Making gestures and faces during the prosecution statements

  13. She is 100% at fault. If she had not been playing cops and robber, that man would still be alive. She had no business confronting him, let alone pulling a gun. The man was not a threat to her. She was the one holding him against his will with a gun pointed at him.

  14. Just because you are allowed to carry doesn't mean you should. (Not necessarily this case), but we now live in a country where couch Rambo's are running around looking for confrontations.
