  1. Oh my gosh I love Rachel’s legal perspective and as an enjoyable extra she’s hilarious too! We would definitely be friends and I love seeing her on this podcast lol! 🤷🏻‍♀️⚖️

  2. That’s what the Black judge with a Jewish last name said basically…that the defendant’s family as prosecutors were responsible for securing death penalties for lesser heinous crimes…yet here he was, being afforded the utmost benefit of the doubt (charged long after the crime) for thee most heinous of all crimes (of the century) yet no death penalty even requested… even to the end, they served him with justice and bestowed him so much dignity and no one even rendered an impact victim statement except the judge…thank you judge…she said it, if he were black whoooooo weeeee he would have been thrown in jail on the night of June 7 2021 as soon as he said well what happened was….

  3. The boat case was comming up, so with Paul out of the way it may go in Alex's favour as far as sympathy and not have a large pay out. Maggie because she wouldnt let him borrow against Maggie's house and when it all came out about the depth he had gone too, Maggie would ask for a divorce and he would loose the bulk of the Family asset's.

  4. I think he gotten away and thinks he invincible but community was very angry over him protecting his son from responsibility. He's got contacts. You need to ask why was he even arrested if so well connected. My opinion They 'the powers that be' have throwed him under the bus and I think they killed his family.

  5. That doesn't go long with testimonials. Witness said maggy was convinced she didn't think he was driving the boat. I don't think anyone was driving explain ziggy and zaggy of boat. Does not mean his not responsible. But to what maggy thought. He had convinced her he wasn't driving. I think buster testimonials was also his mom and dad didn't believe he was driving. When Conner was talking to a officer and was asked who was driving. He said, 'well truly' but was interrupted by officer and never finished the statement. You can hear on tape. Conner was told later, 'not to say anything.'

  6. Maggie would not sign Edisto home over and Paul’s boating accident settlement went away after his death. All about money and he and Maggie were having problems. In cross he said “ I would never INTENTIONALLY kill Maggie or Paul. Blaming on his drug use? No one else there. No dogs barking and such a short window of time- if someone else did it. No way.

  7. Did anyone else notice when AM slipped and said when "maggie asked me to leave" which he promptly corrected saying maggie asked me to come but his change was not relevant to question leaving was..'Maggir Asled me to leave'

  8. How the hell seriously yout delusional girl. Maybe get your facts about hunters ready and making this about race. So sick of people playing the race card. I'm all for productive criticism. But this is beyond.

  9. He stressed his drug addiction & paranoia over and over. Paul the "lil detective" and Maggie were all over him looking and taking his drugs away! Its dangerous when you take away an addicts drugs. And nobody tells this narcissist what he can and cannot do. Thats the ultimate betrayal in his sick mind.

  10. Alex made a comment to someone that at least he doesn't have to deal with the boat problem now after Paul's death. Maybe he felt that lawsuit would go away if Paul was dead. And Maggie was about to divorce him. He had motive.

  11. Regarding the guns, both of them belongs to Alec Murdaugh! They’re his property. What I believe, he was thinking a lot about it and premeditated it and wanted to make believe that there were 2 people on the crime scene, which is so surreal anyhow bc his theory is that these ‘killers’ arrived at the kennels without their own guns but took them from the arsenal that AM owns in all his properties, he has tons of them, gross. I mean this man is appalling

  12. A person could spend that much on drugs because most don’t do their drugs alone. They usually need to be a degenerate with other degenerates. Plus that amount could include shutting them up.

  13. Completely agree with Rachel about Alex Murdaugh, he is so guilty and would not want his son and wife admitting his son was guilty about the boat accident as that would mean he would have to pay a lot of money and then the truth would come out about all he has been up to

  14. Hi, I would like to ask if you could cover a case in Idaho Falls Idaho. A police officer ( pretty new at it.) SHOT an innocent man in his back yard, because the cops were chasing a suspect. The poor guy had NO idea what was happening outside and he had a gun in his hand for his family He froze when the cops said to drop the gun because he had no idea anyone was talking to him. Then he was SHOT DEAD! The officer basically GOT AWAY with it, and was only given 100 hours of community service. The story broke today that his family is suing the officer and the police captain for wrongful death.
The cop WAS initially indited for Manslaughter, then the cops said, that they could not see who the man was because he was wearing dark clothes like their suspect. WHO THE HELL cares, the guy was in his own backyard CORNERED. This is NOT a huge big city, it is not as if is not as if there are prison breaks and things like that on regular basis. I THINK that it is WRONG that the cop is getting away with this with hardly any "sentence" Seriously some community service? That is something that is done for misdemeanors or big traffic tickets, kid and teen pranks or mischief. An INNOCENT man was basically murdered by cop.
