  1. So many excuses. This is easy common sense. Her knew he wasn't supposed to have a gun. He had one. Who cares who it belonged to. The lawyer is trying to portray him as an innocent saint. All my guy had to do is not touch a gun and not snort cocaine. It is his fault that his daughter is dead.

  2. The fact that you knew she was comming you were wreckless…doesnt matter if you didnt know the time you knew at one point she was going to come and anyone in the house would most likely be your daughter not more likely a robber

  3. I believe it was an accident. But I also believe he was living a dangerous life that put his children in danger. You can see in the video, he was definitely on edge and worried of someone coming for him. He put his kids in a dangerous situation and this wouldn’t of happened had he not been involved

  4. No way I’m the only one seeing straight through the DAs interview, guy avoided direct responses to questions just to beat the man down even more, he killed his daughter by accident for Christ sake , show some realism and humanity

  5. If he knew she was coming home why would he grab the gun. That's the only thing that I question, but from the video looks like it was an accident, I feel bad for that family. The way he reacted shows that he never intended on hurting his baby. Just an opinion

  6. If I were on this jury he'd NEVER get out of jail. He killed his daughter so why is he fighting for his freedom. Why can't he be a man and accept a manslaughter willingly. Cause he's a piece of 💩 drug dealer that didn't want to pay child support so he fought for custody. The mother was clearly a piece of 💩 too for him to gain custody. He's a drug dealer and he killed that baby. If I mistakenly shot my son there'd be no trial just put me in jail. I deserve punishment because my boy is gone by my hand mistake or not. That murderer better be glad I wasn't on his jury. I have a loaded gun for protection with a 14yr old in the house. It's hidden but I can get to it quick if I need to and my son knows where it is and he has a clear understanding if I EVER so much as suspect you touched my gun….. that's yo azz

  7. I simply believe the Poor Father. So sorry to this beautiful souls 💔 😢 entire family and her dad. He is definitely going to need counseling and plenty of love after this. Lord I pray you heal his wounds of heartache, shame, guilt and physical pain 🙏 Allow him to live free and clear of drugs from that day in court on Lord. His children need him and he needs them. In your name Lord 🙏

  8. He was clearly expecting trouble, the story about the gun being left there by a friend is nonsense. If that was the case he'd of found a really good hiding place for it and left it there, carrying it around is clearly something he is doing for protection. I don't doubt for a second he never meant to shoot his daughter, but he's still caused her death by his actions and lifestyle and that deserves some punishment. Though ultimately I would hope he's punishing himself for this for the rest of his life, I doubt I could live with myself if I'd done that to my flesh and blood.

  9. That is a horrible accident that will haunt him for all his life. I can never imagine how he feels .. after fighting for her custody and after having her at home .. She hide and spook him? My daughter used to do that all the time; all her years from nursery to 10th grade. She did it almost daily at certain times. Kids love to play .. I can't imagine how he feels about it. my heart goes to them

  10. Kimbrough tried to get sympathy for him because Batts had been beaten and shot in his past. It's rare that law-abiding, upstanding citizens living normal lives have to live in fear or be physically attacked multiple times. I couldn't live that kind of existence. 😔Smh….I hope he changes.
