  1. i just listened to crime junkie episode on this case. her body was buried in i-95 and now it’s been paved over for the highway. so there’s no chance of recovering her body 🙁 also, in 1991 they found his first wife Marta in the same area and she was a jane doe. until one of the investigators were there looking for Pam. then remembered the jane doe and tested the DNA against her son, Hansel. her son with Jose.

  2. The Dateline Podcast gives more details on this story.

The median portion of I95 where Jose says he buried Pamela has since been paved over to create HOV lanes. She is currently buried under tons of concrete….likely never to be recovered.

  3. There is no goddamn way I'd ever be okay with that psychopath getting 12 years for murdering someone. On top of that they still don't know where her body is? What kind of wack plea deal is that? This man killed his first wife. What's stopping him from killing again? I hope they're at least able to get him on murder charges for the first wife so that he can spend his life behind bars where he belongs. I don't know how the family could be okay with him doing no time. I know they want to get her body but you should still want justice for her..damn…smdh..This man is clearly dangerous and should not be allowed in society.

  4. As of 2020. He's facing 40 more years for killing his first wife which he has confessed and pleaded guilty to. They actually found her (Marta) in 1991 but her remains weren't positively identified until 2018. He claimed to have disposed of Pamela not far from where he disposed of Marta however Pamela's remains still hasn't been found.

  5. I know this relates to nothing about the case at all…. BUT the way theyre walking SO SLOOOW while talking, just for that shot AND the way the detective has s clearly receding hair line but wakes up every day and choses to keep that lil circular patch of hair on top of hos head seivea me insane 😅🤨😬

  6. I am so glad they arrested him and put him in prison. I hate he only got 12 years. Her family seems to be wonderful people. My heart goes out to her mother and family. Her mother seems to be such a kind person with a broken heart.

  7. NEWS FLASH
He has pleaded guilty to the murder of his first wife (her remains were found in 1991 but positively identified until 2018) and was sentenced 5 to 40 years in prison. His son from his first marriage stated that he had encountered his father abuse his mother as a child until her death.

  8. Such a beautiful family. I wish them peace after all of this. I know 12 years isn't enough for the lose of a woman's life, but I understand them wanting true closure more than his suffering. I read some comments saying the first wife's body was found so hopefully he gets some real time for killing 2 women.
