Daniel Shaver was doing what he was told when police fatally shot him in a Mesa, Arizona hotel hallway. He’d been ordered to crawl on his knees, and after he reached up to adjust his basketball shorts, everything changed. Crime Watch Daily’s Amy Dash has the story on his tragic death, and explores whether the police were justified in shooting him.

  1. The man is crying begging for his life but that bsh*t COP is demonically shouting at him all the time as if he is God. Who is he? Did that COP attended any seminar or trainings? This COP is too aggressive and paranoid.

  2. I'm sorry but this SOB got trigger Happy he just wanted to shoot someone he could have told him put your hands against the wall and one of the other officers could have went down and patted him but he just wanted to get a higher rank or guess what now you're going to prison and who knows what happens to you in there I hope the worst he was someone's father someone's son someone little girl's father and some husband so I hope they give you the maximum for being together happy I hope that all the other officers get some kind of jail time too because they could have made this thing different and I am so sorry for the little girls and no mother who lost their dad may he rest in peace and may God bless his family

  3. There was no threat, a officer should never assume. The officer should of search first. Then cuffed him until the officer can find out what's going on. This officer has little man syndrome, this officer should never had a gun. He is on huge power trip. I have never seen a police officer act like this. Of course I'm in a small town.

  4. He didn’t think there was danger… he was on a power trip. Reminds me of someone who got picked on in high school and became a cop so he could feel like a tough guy. I know there are good officers, but these ones make it hard for the good ones. This is disgusting. I feel so bad for his children and wife.

  5. This poor man tried to talk but kept being told to shut up, why didn't they ask.him.to walk backwards with his hands up, or tell him why they are there i am so glad in the UK our police don't have guns they use tazers only now and again will you see our police with weapons cause they will end up like the us police shooting innocent people

  6. Just because his dust cover says “You’re F**ked” don’t mean anything. I am a weapons expert and former combat Veteran and I have that same dust cover on my AR. It don’t mean I am gonna deliberately harm someone just because I have that! I swear, these idiots don’t know crap about firearms. They just use it to push their liberal agenda! Now, am I saying the officer was wrong, sure! He was wrong for making those types of commands and letting it get to the point that it did! But don’t stereotype the officer for having that type of dust cover on his personal AR!
