  1. C’mon.!
Do I have to spell it out ?
It was Mr. Phil January IF it wasn’t a suicide.
    Two things;
First, she was obviously not very happy, a little unstable and impulsive and under the influence of drugs such as Methamphetamine and cocaine.
Two drugs that are notorious for causing severe psychosis and paranoia.
Secondly; IF it’s not a suicide, the obvious perp would be Phil January.
He claims his wife was being harassed at work and several threatening and derogatory notes had been left in her work locker but she didn’t save any..??
    Seriously.?
Those notes would’ve definitely been saved.
Furthermore, I think it’s interesting that Phil mentioned notes being left to degrade and threaten her as HE has demonstrated a history of leaving notes around their home to degrade and threaten her.
There’s no organized crime angle here.
They know that murders bring much too much heat and the police don’t stop until they arrest somebody for the murder.
It’s not like stealing a car.
    The mob doesn’t do that
The investigators going in that direction have been watching too much TV.
To murder a random employee of a Las Vegas legitimate corporate managed casino to ‘send a message’ ??
    To WHOM ?
It makes no sense at all.
    So, let’s review; 🤔😂
IF it wasn’t a suicide, it was the husband and nobody else

  2. Wouldnt kill herself with her kid around but is ok with getting hammered, doing coke and meth with him there…? Not mother of the year material and her "no way wouldnt do it" moms opinion is a bit suspect.

  3. maybe police work? I mean maybe casino issue..

it's just the husband being interviewed, he said something was off about her position and the position of the gun and he said his wife hated guns and he knows she's not the kind to do suicides..

  4. I think her husband didn't do it. He was talking about the people who gave her a note.
She seems like one of those women who would go after men who are married and with children.
Some angry woman shot her probably.

  5. Most people are too stupid to understand this but ….
Computers are NEVER EVER "wiped clean". With forensic technology, EVERYTHING ever entered into a computer, whether "erased" or not, is totally retrievable. You can take the hard drive out of a computer, toss it in a lake and, if found, ALL information on it can be retrieved, deciphered, decoded and downloaded. The ONLY ways to to destroy a computer's hard drive is to smash it with a sledge hammer or melt it…. or send it into outer space!
I don't really suggest the hammer thing because the SS actually pieced together a hard drive that was smashed to bits!

  6. I watch enough investigation tv to know that a gun shot victim is automatically assumed and investigated as a homicide until proven otherwise. They really jumped the gun. Pardon the pun. But this was some shotty (oops there I go again) work… Criminal justice 101. C'mon people they covered that in orientation class !!!

  7. If you hold your arms up in the position she would have held the gun and let them go suddenly they do seem to fall back down in front of you. Whether that happened with the gun still in her hand and it slipped out onto the chair afterwards I do not know. I had no doubt someone else did it and she was holding onto the gun until I tried this.
