  1. All I'm going to say is… the innocent husbands have no problem talking to any and EVERYBODY if it means getting to the bottom of their wife's death!
Wiping computers and such doesn't seem innocent by any means!

  2. I think she was trying to pull the gun away from her that's what she has gunpowder on her but it's not suicide her husband killed her then what about the son why didn't they interview him and why hasn't he spoken up since

  3. My theory, she LOVES her son so much. That someone threatens to kill her son if she won't commit suicide. She was rattled after the phone call. She knew more, she had to save her son's life. She held the gun with both hands as she couldnt control with only one hand, she must be very scared and shaking terribly. Her mom said, she knew info that could hurt somebody.

  4. i am certain she didn't commit suicide. hands can be on a gun before death, but afterwards a gun cannot end up under her on the chair. that position is impossible after she dies.. i don't care how many prints and residue is found on her hand, the location of the gun and her body's positioning were impossible… it is at the very least WAY more unlikely than her hand being on the gun while someone is about to shoot her and does. that can happen. the gun UNDER her sitting on the chair is impossible. so someone killed her.

  5. If a camera crew and a guy I don't know blind sided me in a parking lot, I don't think I'd stop and divulge details to them either. Why not call him first and see if he'll sit down for an interview? I just don't know what they expect when they approach people the way they do?

  6. Leave the man alone he didn't kill her obviously.
She probably was fooling around with the wrong man. And the jealous woman got her…

"Investigation have no doubt she took her life"
So she shoots herself and sits on the gun? How is that possible? Are they stupid or something?

  7. I am so sick of hearing the investigators and police totally ignore the murdered victims family when they tell them shit ain't right!! They know their loved one better then anybody… It doesn't take a crime scene analyst to see the gun was placed under her leg!!! If she shot and killed herself, HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😡 Either the police are just that damn INCOMPETENT or they were PAID OFF to cover this MURDER up as a "suicide"!!! Way too many cases like this get closed without Justice being served!! I LIVED AND BREATHED KEN'NEKA JENKINS(MARTIN) CASE FROM DAY 1… September, 9th 2018 to be exact… only for it to be 6months later and STILL evidence is coming out on a "Closed" case!!! Her case has been closed for months now, even after 2 PETITIONS to reopen it and have the FBI take over, have been signed with quadruple the amount of signatures needed🤔, yet it is still closed and her death is still being ruled an "ACCIDENT"🤦🏾‍♀️ BULLSHIT!!! Even when you have the best evidence that somebody was MURDERED, Money and Power talk💯 Hard to fight an ENTIRE system with so many unconscious people!!! JUSTICE WILL ALWAYS BE AN EYE FOR AN EYE!!!

  8. I'm a mom to of 5 children some grown and a few grown and i have lived a hard life but i would never find it in my soul to kill myself and a mother knows best if this mother feels that her daughter did not kill herself then i believe her only a mother knows their own child is capablable of no matter how old ur kid is..

  9. Sad to say I think it was a suicide. She might have been depressed about leaving the relationship. As much as the mother wants to believe that it was sometimes you just don't know the whole story. These are just the short version of the story. I am sure they checked his hands for gun residue. That's why they can't blame him. And well having cocaine in her system doesn't help.

  10. Yes, It seems to me that someone else could place the pistol to Nikki's head and shot while Nikki grabbed the gun barrel, thus the blood spatter on that hand. This scenario seems plausible although not addressed by the Crime Watch Daily Video.

  11. Crime Watch! Please answer the questions in the comments below!!! So many unanswered questions! I hate getting 3 videos deep and there is no conclusion!! Haha it’s like when someone says, “Hey! Oh my…..actually nevermind, I’ll tell you later.”

  12. The reason her leg is up is because the guy was standing over her and to her right. If you have siblings that you fought with the first thing to go up when sitting is your leg and your arms go up to hold the object they are holding. She leaned back in the chair and put her knee on the guy as he came toward her with the gun. Her hands came up and she was holding the barrel and his hand that was holding the gun. He shot her.

  13. I’m sorry , but i truly believe whether someone commits suicide or not , they should treat it as a homicide just in case.. because obtaining evidence quickly is very crucial. They should always check everyone’s hands for gun shot residue of anyone who is there and from who found her. They need to interview everyone. If they find out after all that, that is truly was a suicide.. great! They did their job and eliminated any other possibilities. But if they don’t do that, then they will more than likely lose all evidence after that day and make it hard to prove that it’s a homicide. There’s just too many suicides that are staged now a days to not treat it as a homicide first.

  14. Something isn't right about this case…ok so shes out with a guy then checks the time and she's lik oh shit I forgot I had to commit suicide tonight let me rush home an do it fast…lik what? And her husband deleting the 'suicide letter' which is tampering with evidence…..so what if her hand was on the gun, it still doesn't explain how it ended up tucked under her thigh….I call bullshit

  15. I was hoping they would mention something about the son. I assume he must have some idea or information about what happened that night. I also thought her hands might of been up by the guy because she was trying to fight off the person or she was forced to put her hands there. It would of been nice if they could of figured out who she spoke to on the payphone at the bar. Her friend said she was shaken after the phone call. It unfortunate the police didn’t investigate at all and quickly ruled suicide. I hope her mother finds justice and peace.
