Always fight back! Lot's of these murders occur cause the victim doesn't fight back, out of fear.

What a senseless crime. This is so sad. I encourage women that spend a lot of time alone to own and learn how to use a gun. Even a small one you can conceal in case an idiot like this one approaches you with bad intentions. They deserve to be shot.

Seriously, they should modernize that system. If he goes somewhere out of distance – immediate alert to the police and nearby officer goes and finds him.
Sure he can get someone in the distance that is set, but at least there is one more shield against him

My aunt was violently attacked, raped and had her throat slit by two men that were on parole. They missed the last 6 appointments with their parole officer without notice and they didn't put out any warrants. It's the law to put a warrant after one missed appointment. My aunt survived by miracle. She was able to identify them because she was a Realtor and showing them houses for a few days and they gave her their IDs. They thought she was dead by she was just unconscious. When she woke she crawled up out of the basement and saw a 5 year old boy and than lost consciousness again. The little boy saved her life by running home to get help from his mother who believed his story. She has tried suing the government for neglect. It's been over 10 years and they are still in litigation. They will win but they keep trying to put it off. It's disgraceful.

Ive watched plenty of these crime shows and there's a certain few that really strike a nerve and are unforgettable.Why wasn't somebody monitoring him and the device? Whats his probation officer actually do? Apparently not his/her job. Perhaps the judge he will be going in front of should also sobpeona all those who were irresponsible in their duties of monitoring, and sentence them as well. The system failed, therefore the failures should be held accountable. Period!P.S. My thoughts to her parents. No one can know the anger and pain, and then to somehow carry on with the rest of their lives. I am sending positive vibes, and prayer thoughts to let you both know I care. May you find healing.

Anyone going to OSU be aware anything north and/or east of high street gets worse, anything south and/or west gets better. Literally the hood a few streets north of OSU so doesn't surprise me this dude took a short bus ride.
