  1. I don’t think the step mother did it, I think the sister was probably raging and hurt the little one badly and chocked her into unconsciousness- eventually the little one woke up and went to go down stairs and fell down the flight of stairs creating more trauma to the body. However, knowing the tantrums and rages this child was notorious for, she & the father should’ve never left her alone w a younger child- so the stepmother is guilty for not keeping her well being in tact. And as far as the expert body language guy- I think it’s like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. The majority may act a certain way but not everyone reacts the same in stressful situations. IMO

  2. think the step mom is lying , she a navy and an 8 years old pushed her against the wall ? come on

she got rid of both his children since day one and keeped him to herself , if that girl was violent towards her little sister , why didn't she do that when she still lived with her father alone ?

  3. So…she obviously had a plan, to get 'rid" of his kids, one child is dead and other to be convicted to doing it. Girl, you are such a pittifull liar and wannabe deceiver..I don't trust you and neither your husband should..smh

  4. My mother was only 34 when she became a single mother
She was still young & beautiful
But she never accepted another man in her life
She knew that nobody would have the love & patience she had for us

She never risked our well being & our inner circle over a relationship

She’s 69 now and she gets everything from us bc we value her, we love her & we are grateful for her sacrifice & dedication

She will never know what loneliness is & she will never know what being sent to a hospice means

    Love her dearly ❤️❤️❤️

  5. I honestly do not believe her. I would consider myself to be really good at reading people and I would put her in the attention-seeking person type. (not from what she has said but by her mannerisms). Also, the way she said "there was only one other person in the house that could have done this:"" Like seriously? She could have said that in a very different way. The eight-year-old is a child I would have said something much different. Shes very obviously trying to divert blame.

  6. Watching this all I kept thinking is the little girl kept saying I don’t know I don’t remember tells you rt there she did it, I really feel like she’s innocent 🤷🏼‍♀️ they need to get tht little girl and get it out of her if this woman did it why didn’t the 8 yr old see anything 🤔

  7. this is like the jon benet ramsey case, the brother could perfectly have done it but investigators insist that "he was too young to have that strenght" when it is perfectly proven that it was actually possible, i hope this woman gets justice

  8. I actually think she’s lying. And I think maybe she had the other girl do things as well. And maybe that’s why when the girl was questioned. She said she didn’t know if she did it. This is weird. So so sad.

  9. Lol I love how this guy starts out by saying detecting deception is NOT about body language or the little “telltale” physical signs/movements, and then 3:05 minutes in he completely ignores that and plucks out this one small discrepancy in her movements with the head nod/shake…. Very interesting. I guess she’s not the only one guilty of discrepancies, eh 😏

  10. This guy's so full of shit. His interpretation of the "emotional leak" is nonsense. The time frame for when the kid was not being watched is just a general estimate, it doesn't imply deceit or anything.

The military doesn't hire actual specialists with the qualifications to do these types of analysis. They usually do a piss poor job to train whatever idiots are desperate enough to work for them. With a job title like "interrogation specialist" you'd be safe to assume this guy is more trained in torture techniques than anything else. And those techniques are known to draw out false confessions and bogus information. 😒

  11. I believe this young lady is innocent! I have worked with small children for many years and I have seen them angry, throwing temper tantrums and I have seen them smaller than the 8 year old, hurting other small children our of anger. I have seen children questioned about their poor behavior and then they either forget what they have done or they "don't know." I truly believe the little girl did this to her sister and Emily is paying for a crime she didn't commit. I hope she is able to get justice and she will not have to serve the filull sentence of a crime I believe, in my heart that she didn't commit.

  12. My son is 4 years old. There’s been times he’s playfully done something to me that’s shown me how strong he is. I don’t doubt for 1 moment that an 8 year old could have intentionally or unintentionally killed that baby.

  13. Why else would the father speak of the child's bad behavior if there was none. Clearly, the child has issues and it's known. Hopefully that child comes forward with information soon because if she did not do it then she atleast witnessed something odd that day

  14. Only difference is most children have violent behaviors because they want attention or a certain person to themselves, they don’t care about anyone else’s feelings

With me personally I can’t control myself it just happens like sooooooo friggin below zero -89 that’s how fast I react

I have literally no control over my body ever. After I calm down I feel horrible about it

And I think” what kind of person do I doing things like that? That’s not who I am

I’m such a big fat horrible loser I should be dead by now?

    Why am I important anyway?”

And that’s because I feel horrible because people can see me and I don’t want people to be scared of me

I really really want to be a person that they can come to if someone is hurting them, nobody is going to ask advice about something if they have seen them beat the person up before

Like ok why should I ask her for advice? She beat someone up before,

What gives her the right to give me advice on how to deal with people who are rude and or hateful? You know

And I don’t want that because that’s not who I am as a person, so that’s why I feel horrible because I don’t want people to be scared of me ever ever ever,

And so I feel scared to be in public by myself, so I’d rather have someone take me out so if I need to go like high tail it outta there

I at least have somewhere to go and people to drive me home so that I know I’m safe and people don’t need to feel scared of me

So yeah really good win win for both me and other people too,

  15. In this case she’s talking about an 8-9 year old who had a temper and got violent towards her

So yeah I mean when I was younger like 6-7 years old I hurt people physically people were scared of me when I got pissed off

I have impulses I can nit control any of my feelings but the scary one is the rages I have,

I get physically violent even towards a kid that banged his or her head and started to cry I’d literally want to beat the crap outta they darn child physically

So yeah, so if I have those rages then she can definitely help violent behaviors too

  16. My sister was 5 I was 12 months old. She fed me rat poison, piece by piece saying it was sweeties. Then when I was choking, she got a glass, dipped it in the fish tank and handed me that water to drink. I almost died. Hospitalized for over 6 months. When I became mobile, she pushed me down 12 stone steps in our flat/apartment, resulting in a frqctured skull, broken arm and leg. Im so glad i was placed in foster care, she was on a visit from care when she did all these things to me by the way!! To this day she hates me because apparently my mum loves me more. She's evil. When I had my first child I was supposed to be happy. She sent child services and police to my door when my daughter was only 7 days old. Apparently my husband raped her, and I picked her up by her ankles and swung her head at a wall. I don't know why she hates me, but she's had all her kids removed so I think she was yet again, jealous. And she started aged 5!!!. This girl was 8! Siblings can be evil incarnate. Don't worry my girls are fine now although not living with me. They're 9 and 6 years old, very happy and healthy babies. The social work got fed up with the allegations day in day out and took my girls for their safety. And I'm heartbroken. They've been gone for 4 years…

  17. …so she never heard the baby cry while she was beaten to death…My oldest niece makes her baby sister cry and oh boy if that child cries!!! The older sister took the time to torture the toddler, beat her up and even throw her down the stairs and where was Ms. Emily all this time….never heard a thing? 🤔

  18. this is so dumb. her nodding doesnt mean shes saying yes to murdering the child. shes nodding because after the silence of answering the question, she nods to confirm her much anticipated answer. its also a nervous thing like "what else am i meant to say, i gave my answer already" so nodding can help fill in the empty space during that interaction.

  19. everyday I watch crime investigation here on you tube. and The most horrible crime i’ve seen is the two kids killed a 3 years old kid. the mom lost her son inside the mall and the two kids took them and brutally killed. i dont remember thier age but around 8-10 years old. So i can believe that this situation maybe the older Daugther who have crazy behaviour can do this to her youngest sister.
