  1. I think Paul may have been contacted by the special investigator and they conjured up the whole murder pinning it on Carolyn. However, a question is – Why wasn’t there any investigation on the man his wife was having an affair with? Couldn’t that man have been suspect

  2. I really don’t know if she’s a killed, but I think what the most important issue is that I don’t believe they proved she was the killer. I know it will let some guilty off the hook, so to speak, but my God, think of the ramifications of putting people in prison without proving they’re guilty. Some of those unproven are on death row! We can’t have that. Sure, some of the guilty ones not in prison are thumbing their noses at us, but we’ve got to keep very high standards to make sure we ideally have no innocent ones in prison. Even with high standards mistakes will still happen.

  3. Richard looks like a fat bastard that doesn’t want to admit he concocted this case against her. Police/ Prosecutors like him should be held accountable for things like this.
It’s a shame that this woman will die a convicted felon for a crime she did not commit.

  4. I will repeat myself but oh well… It's pretty obvious she did it (you're nothing less than a psycho if you go after your ex-lover and his new girl to Puerto Rico and it wasn't the only man towards whom she shown obsessive behavior). But I do believe he could've manipulated her into doing what she did (getting rid of two women that he didn't want in his life anymore). It wouldn't be the first time someone manipulated their ex to kill someone for them with a promise of "happy ever after" with them. She was rightfully in prison, but most likely he should be there too. She did get a parole this year, btw.

  5. Going to her boyfriend's wife's house for dinner ! how tacky. That tells you a lot about her; who would do that ! Being raised rich and being smart and pretty and by her own account lots family support; she had it all and squandered it all. Easy come, easy go I guess. She must have been hard up to date a burly, gross old man like him.

  6. She seems awful upbeat and positive for being in prison all those years; looks young for her age and healthy. She threw away most of her life on that ugly, gigantic mess of a "man". Of course, she did admit to being on the prowl, too, so you play with fire and you're going to get burned. Also she bought the gun and the silencer ? why would she do that ? So, I can't say if she's guilty or not guilty. Don't know enough about the evidence.

  7. Lol ! Chris Hansen was sneaking / prowling around having an affair, too, from what I understand. Those men ! are always on the prowl for something younger / better, etc.

  8. I think if someone is a prime suspect in a murder case, they should never be granted immunity! The progress of DNA science can prove them guilty even years later; as in the case of that Army guy (I forgot his name. Fort Bragg was it?) This poor lady is innocent and, even after all these years in prison for murder, here she is so gracious and smiling; no bitterness in her. The husband is the one who should be in prison; not her. There was zero explanation for the fact that no money was missing from her account that could show she even bought a gun! I truly hope she comes out free and exonerated. But the guy who set her up had the glove in his possession for years; so how could that be admissible evidence?!!

  9. In my opinion, I think she’s innocent! I really do! That is what my gut is telling me! Why not text the glove!? It would consume all the material!?!? Wtf else do they need it for, other than DNA! The DNA would be the only thing that matters right? I would think… That is the weirdest, most craziest shit I’ve heard in a while!! If I were her & really innocent, which I believe she is, I would be losing my god damn mind over that fact that they won’t test that fkn glove! & like her, I’d be wondering.. why the fuck not??? I’d be shitting on myself & throwing it at the guards!!! Just kidden, I know that won’t help.

  10. i cannot believe this crap discussion…
assholes they send back on the streets & don't check up on…
and a woman – most likely not guilty – with fucking cancer is – after 29 years!!!! – made into a huge issue..

let into evidence …not let into evidence… what fucking bullshit…
why is it not the law to be able to admit everything to evidence that can present/lead to facts. no… its is about withholding… all the fucking time…bc less information always paints a more complete picture than more information…
    … common sense, logic, empathy… ?
all gone, all lost, never really been here?
and the ones saying she for sure did it bc she looks 'crazy' or popped up with some other neanderthal thought…you fucking wankers,..
    ugggh….it's pointless.
    off to skinning up..

  11. We don’t know if she’s guilty or not but test the fucking evidence ! It’s so easy in 2018 to test dna evidence. They’re scared that she might be innocent and the public is gonna be angry if she spent her life in prison being innocent

  12. How anyone with a half a brain on the jury could find her guilty with the lack of evidence they presented is amazing. No gun, Detective lying on the stand….not one bit of physical evidence whatsoever……still incarcerated…you wonder why people don't trust the cops or the justice system.
