Watching a lot of these videos, I know exactly why he was pulled over. A lot of drug traffickers use rental cars and the cop clearly thought he was one of them.
I have a current legal case and I would like to know if you could help me out with some of the traffic laws? I feel I was unlawfully stopped, searched, arrested and charged. I was pulled over for driving “too slow” which isn’t the law impeding traffic is the law and just like this video the officer never stated I was impeding traffic or thought I was under the influence. Also like the video I was in a rental car which has become quite a common occurrence in cops reasonable suspicion and trying to find a reason to investigate a crime that has absolutely nothing to do with the traffic stop. Unlike this video I was illegally detained, searched, and arrested all for driving too slow and not impeding any traffic. This is in California on a very dangerous highway that has lots of sharp turns and speed limit changes
When need minimum speed limits in TX. I’m always held up on way to work people going 20 under and can’t pass. Sure enough u smell weed stuck behind. I don’t have a problem with weed but go the damn speed limit or get off the road.

If 5 under is "suspicious" and that's enough for a top, they're basically saying they can stop anyone and any time, given almost everyone will spend some time under the speed limit.

Good! That's stuff is annoying and causes people to drive reckless to get around people driving under the speed limit resulting in car accidents. My comment has nothing to do with him being black. People who drive slow and block lanes from people passing are a danger to the road.
I get that you can be pulled over for "driving under the speed limit", which sounds crazy itself. But a cop being able to give a warning for being within 15 miles from the speed limit is a total joke. Disgusting
I was pulled over for going 15 below in St. Louis. I was from Nashville at the time and was trying to find my hotel. This was MapQuest era. 🙄
