Another look at the creepy search video out of Putnam County, West Virginia, where my client, Dustin Elswick, had his home searched by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department “SEU,” or Special Enforcement Unit, a drug task force comprised of Putnam County deputies. There was no search warrant. No drugs found. No criminal charges. Now more victims have come forward. They were caught at the residence by Dustin’s mother, and instead of a search warrant, they only had a civil summons for an eviction lawsuit, later settled out of court. There was never an eviction order. They cut the wires on the outside surveillance camera, but missed the hidden cameras inside the house – and one outside. There were no drugs in the house. We have no idea why they thought they would find drugs. They tested Dustin’s friend’s ashes in a drug test kit, pulled his guns out of storage to photograph them, and left the place pretty much ransacked.

I have information for you they did the same exact thing to me knowing I was poor with no cameras on the property my family has deeds an owns. They came through the AC window.they even would stalk an follow me everywhere. I live in Winfield west virginia an worked in hurricane.

I posted this video on the Putnam County WV sheriff's department facebook account and they reported me for SPAM sharing. They don't want to hear about you…So, they are violating my first amendment. They are out of control!
I have been viewing your video's for awhile now and I am shocked to hear and see these video's, especially this cake taker. They are not only found in violation of the 4th Amendment, but they are committing a crime. If that was an ordinary citizen doing the same, they would be jaiuled immediately. This is where I disagree with President Trump and his associates that we are demonizing the police. That is not true, law enforcement is demonizing themselves. A bunch of stupid, hillbilly cops that are bullies. I am wondering if they are still employed to ENFORCE the Law, when they themselves are the violators? Right here in Mansfield, Ohio, home of Rotten to the Core, corruption in Johnny Appleseed Country, volumes 1 and 2. Mansfield is full of corruption. Even Judge Ault, who runs Veterans Court, are taking convicted Veterans of Misdemeanors violators money in thousands of dollars. The same Judge who was arrested by METRICH drug enforcement for defrauding at least Six (6z) different physicians for Oxy Codon and wasd taken to Delaware county in secrecy to discipline him, but did not. That current prosecutor who wrote him up, is now dead under suspicious circumstances. Also, while I was employed by the Dept. of Corrections for the State of Ohio, I found an FBI report on an investigation of persons acting under color of law. My nephew read it and it scared him so bad, he tossed it in the garbage. I submitted a FOIA to the FBI online for this report that was taken by an inmate that was released on work detail from the prison I worked for and the Thirty days has expired to respond and they did not honor my request. Law enforcement here is really corrupt, coupled with the municipal court who is ripping off Veterans in thousands of dollars. That is not demonizing Mr. Trump, whom I support, but violations of guaranteed right's he seems to honor? Support the blue? I think not…

If you see emergency lights flashing pull over and start filming. You might save somebody's life. Bad people hate cameras. The corrupt don't allow cameras into courtrooms. Politicians won't truly answer questions on camera usually. Bad cops turn off body cams or refuse to release footage. Two people filming is better than one.
