If your not being paid by the tax payers, wearing that uniform should be an impersonating an officer charge
Not so smart after all. I would let them arrest me and inform "You know this is illegal and if you are going to go trough my personal information, that will lead for more lawsuits against you. Are you still sure you can get behind badge and immunity, after KNOWINGLY, criminally detaining and arresting me AND going through my personal info? All those and what else do we find against you in court and you are KNOWINGLY doing those." I rest my case.

It is amazing how so much harm can come about from just one false premise. Casino security actions, police completely ignorant of how the law works, and right in front of the cops the casino tries to steal the guy's money. I cannot understand the fact so many bikers think that disputing right of way with an auto that out weights you about 1000 times is very smart. being in the right by law is no good to you if you are seriously hurt or dead. use your brain if it is bigger then you give way for your safety. Its things like this is why most people hate cyclists. I ride a motorcycle and I don't argue with things bigger then me.

The Casino was furious that he was card counting, but then they were okay with keeping his money after trespassing on him and preventing him from cashing out the chips he had legally won. When we steal we go to jail, someone at the casino should have gone to jail.

I wiould have stood on not showing ID. A made up ordinance doesn't trump my constitutional rights. What proof of a crime is there? After winning the lawsuits I would invest in hog hunting equipment and see what the tyrants and casino employees have to offer….
