   For every con artist there always is an equally greedy person. Give me a break! Majority of Americans work hard and PAY HIGH MONEY on mortgages to get their homes, but hey! we are just a bunch of "idiots" cause homie here is going to get a "better deal" for you to get a house that for ANY other American would cost over 7 times more…. Sorry, but I don't feel sorry for these "victims".

   this happened because banks refuse to give loans to freelance self employed deserving people leaving them trapped into paying exhorbitant rent to feudal landlords. people become desperate enough to pay cash to own their own home.
