Also, I'll add that I worked with Loredana's first husband, and she was not abusive toward him. He's really nice, and he & she stayed very good friends after they divorced. So much for Loredana being the violent one.
I was friends with Loredana, and she was an incredible woman. Very driven, great sense of humor, and kind as can be. I hadn't seen her for a long time and ran into her with boyfriend (who later killed her) and her son, at a protest in LA. She introduced me to Robert, and got such a cold feeling from him. He didn't even smile. I found it so odd such a bubbly person like her would be with someone like that.
Ladies, never support a man or be with a man that's below you. They'll hate you with a passion.

To play devil's advocate I can understand calling someone to get the child first because if you don't CPS will likely take them put them into the system and you will have to get an attorney and fight through hell and high water to get your child out of the system.. … But if you're willing to call and have someone get your child first there's a good chance you will avoid CPS… But you will be charged with not reporting the death in an appropriate time frame.
I'm not saying that is what happened here.. but I am certainly saying parents should not have to fear CPS when something tragic happens.. …

15 years to life after such a brutal and callous murder? The US judicial system is truly baffling. This man 'butchered' his girlfriend, the mother of his son and made no attempt to save her and showed no remorse, in fact, he waited 5 hours before calling the police.
The kind of barbaric knife he used wasn't even one you'd find in a regular home.

This was no accident! An accident would have included calling the cops right away and try stop the bleeding before help arrives. Not waiting 5 hours and giving out items like you are having a garage sale.
