  1. I not care what kind the law GEORGIA have ,you can not live in a place wear somebody died,o be murder, use your come sense,any person the lie too the renter about this is dishonest ,is only about money,not the safe the people. SHAME

As a landlord/owner of a rental property, having the carpet cleaned or replaced would have been the first thing that I did before renting out my property again after a murder or any kind of death that resulted in any body fluids being spilled or released. That is so unsanitary to just leave it like that. gag

  3. This is what happens when you don't have to reveal a residence's history. They didn't even clean the carpet FFS, and then lied about it?! What if the residence was a previous meth lab? Would they tell you that there are chemicals in the wall that can kill you, and your kids are playing on a floor they wouldn't even clean if someone was killed on it?
